Vacation rentals in Cerrote

This might be the best AirBNB I’ve stayed at on Earth. It is difficult to describe the awe inspiring views and the ample space and opportunity to explore it! This place is worth every penny. Pool is awesome, kitchen was great and very well stocked. The trails they’ve cut on the property are a nice hike but beware they’re steep and a workout to get back up. River was fun to play in with kids, might be tougher during a more rainy season. The hardest part about this place for some is going to be the winding mountain. Drive and very steep roads to get there. Not much of a drawback if you ask me!

Idamary’s mountainside cottage was amazing/unforgettable experience and was one of highlights of entire trip. Location perched on a high ridge in magnificent valley in PR’s mountains just sensational. Loved waking to magnificent sunrise each morning and at night watching moon’s glowing shine on intricate valleys. Beautiful trails down into the valley passing citrus trees and other amazing gardens/trees/landscapes, ending at camp with a beautiful stream, that if follow has pool that can bathe in. Felt incredible in the depths of beautiful PR mountains. Cottage also fantastic and comfortable. Provides access to PR’s vast mountain ranges and hiking trails/waterfalls and nearby cities and beaches: visited Aguadilla, Borinquen, Isabella, Rincon, Lares. Grocery/gas 10-20 min away but feels like in complete remoteness and isolation. PR’s undeveloped nature is beautiful, will be back to continue exploring since not enough time to see everything. Only thing, wish fridge was larger but was fine.

Amazing place in which my family got to enjoy much needed family time. Only downside but nature of the beast is that it's kinda hard to get to and you must keep an eye of how late can you be away from the place since I wouldn't recommend anyone try to find their way at night to the location. It's nestle in the mountains and roads can be dangerous at night or when raining but that also makes the place magical and an awesone experience. Got to enjoy the nightsky with little to no light contamination, enjoyed the breeze and the local fauna, quite and peaceful with an amazing sight, loved hiking to the nearby river and enjoyed the water.

I loved being able to have the experience of staying at this place. Enjoy nature and it was really what I needed. Recommended 100%❤️

King's apartment was spacious and kept clean. Beautiful location. I have to say King was very good at communicating with me. I will stay there again.

Natalie and her family are amazing and they were so helpful. We enjoyed our time there and definitely will be back

My favorite airbnb I've stayed in. trails were pretty over grown so I had to chop my way through with a machete which actually added to the fun a bit. I definitely realized how difficult it must be to actually maintain a large piece of land like this. First thing I found was a fallen over bannana tree and I've been eating 8 bannanas a day since and I feel great. I found a cacao tree and had a nice raw cacao which was one of the best I've tasted. the rose apples tasted really good too. lots of bugs on them which you never see in the grocery store, everything felt natural and real. There was no AC and at first I was a bit annoyed but once it was about 10pm the breeze came in from the windows and I slept really well. My first night back home sleeping with AC doesn't feel as good as the natural mountain air cooling me off Great Trip with lots of hacienda around.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy nature. We loved the experience of sleeping listening to the sound of the river.
