A comfortable and clean place. Close to downtown with quick access to transportation. 100% recommended.

The property is wonderful with open spaces like the rooftop and nice views of the city. The room was excellent with a large and comfortable bed, a table and shelves, and the bathroom was clean and had a hot shower with useful items stocked. The location was great with good restaurants around for menu del día and easy access to supermarkets. It was also a quick walk to the main avenue and not too far from the plaza. The hosts were nice and the WiFi was mostly stable. However during my stay, there was a lot of construction noise which started early in the morning as the only downside. Definitely would recommend and I would return the next time I’m back in Arequipa, and hopefully the noise won’t be an issue.

In short, "La Casa de Chamo" is a place that really cares about its guests and offers high-quality service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and cozy experience.

Mr. Miguel is very friendly, always attentive to any questions. Beautiful house, clean and tidy, very furnished with everything indicated in the description. Very flexible with check-in for entry. Highly recommended. 😇
