Cascina Distrutta is a really charming accommodation, well furnished and complete with everything. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, large bathrooms with recent sanitary ware, fireplaces that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the point of forgetting the TV. Marta has always responded quickly and has always been available for any need. For complete information, I leave some additional information that I had initially misunderstood for the benefit of those who will come to stay in the near future: the quadruple in the attic and a double room have the independent bathroom, the other two double rooms have the shared bathroom connected by an antechamber with communicating doors. The sauna (when I am writing this text) costs 30 euros per day and needs the opening and early ignition by the neighbor. A wood box for the fireplace always available from the neighbor costs 10 euros, the soap present in the bathrooms is only the washing machine without shampoo/shower

We were looking for calm and authenticity and we were served. The house is superb on the outside and even more so on the inside with this beautiful fireplace. We felt at home, the hosts have a big heart and we are happy to share local products and their beautiful region and to please you with small welcome surprises. Our dogs loved the large garden and walks in the forest. Our only regret is not staying longer. Paola is a wonderful person always attentive to us and with impeccable responsiveness. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in the house for 8 days. The house is beautifully decorated, the view is amazing. The communication with Cristina was great. She was very quick to respond to our requests, helped us with the tips for the area, was always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). Sanda is a great host, she took care of us from the beginning (thank you for the escort to the house and help with carrying the luggage :)) we highly recommend staying with Sandra - it is a great pleasure to live in such a unique and beautiful house. We spent the holidays over Christmas and New Year at the apartment. Adriana welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always immediately on hand for any questions or problems. The location of the house is ideal, a nice terrace overlooking the sea and city, maximum 10 minutes walk to the promenade. The outdoor area is completely fenced, and therefore ideal for our dog. This is an amazing place. The view from the roof terrace is unbelievable. Best place to have your morning coffee. The town is the cutest little village, yet has three amazing restaurants and a coffee place all within 2 min walk. This home is a gem.

Lovely place, the house is even more beautiful than in the photos! Huge and bright, with a bathroom in every room and very comfortable beds. A special thanks to Fabrizio who treated us really well, allowing us flexible hours and giving us useful tips. The apartment is spacious, bright, clean and well equipped, a short walk from the center and the waterfront. The host gave very useful and precise directions about the house and for check-in.

We spent a week after August 15th and we had a very good time. The accommodation is in a very quiet area close to both the sea and the center and also nearby there are also two supermarkets. Very comfortable and functional two-room apartment equipped with everything and with a large balcony. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment in a prime location in the center. Just a few 100 meters from the shopping street, promenade, pier and beach. Private parking on the premises is worth gold, we often used the terrace with table and seating. The landlady, Simona, was already present with questions before arrival and was always available during the stay. She gave us good tips on restaurants when asked and was also available to help and advise. Thank you for the uncomplicated vacation. We will be happy to come back.
