Once upon a time, in a small village surrounded by peace and olive trees, there was a little stone house. On the ground floor, there is a manger; on the first floor, there is a barn and a dryer. 300 years have passed and the little house is still there, completely renovated with modern amenities but with its heart in a timeless past. A sunny terrace where you can sunbathe in total privacy and a patio where you can dine in the moonlight. To be enjoyed in the cool in summer or in the warmth in winter with your loved one.

The space is a portion of an apartment. (CITRA Code 009024-LT-0176) is located on the first hills of Ceriale, 600 meters from the center of the village and the beaches (10 minutes on foot). It has an indoor parking space, a bicycle shed, a porch, and a garden. Internally, the 62-square-meter apartment consists of a very spacious bedroom, a living room (or second bedroom with a sofa bed), a bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. The house is set up for four beds with the addition of one on request.

A small lake is located at the exit of the village. Hanging weeping willows surround the shore and an old chapel from the Middle Ages completes the picture well. From Casa Vittoria you have a beautiful view over the olive groves to the Cathedral of Santa Maddalena and the sea. A walk there is always worth it.
