Great location and breathtaking views! We loved the pool as well. My family enjoyed so much Paraty and Xavier was as great host, super friendly and helpful!

The house is excellent! The best hosting we did via Airbnb. House very comfortable, functional, complete and was extremely clean. EVERYTHING we needed had there. We felt at home..and best of all, it is a few meters from the beach, we slept listening to the noise of the sea. It exceeded our expectations. The condominium is beautiful, lots of nature. It has bakery, markets and restaurants very close to the house. Fernando was an excellent host, it was all the time available. He directed us to Marli to help us with the house, which was excellent to make our stay even better.

It was a very nice place, great privacy, super stylish architecture, comfortable beds and couch, silent place day and night. The host and co-hosts would communicate all the time. Very pro-active. I would go back there to this place.

Amazing house! The tranquility of the place enchanted us! We took advantage of every space and it was really worth it!!! I recommended it to all family and friends and we will definitely come back more often!

We were well received, Mr. Almir and Sara very friendly and gave us several tips for sightseeing . Unspeakable housekeeping and had everything we needed, it was a wonderful week! I definitely indicate, and if you're driving, better. Gratitude Sara and Mr. Almir, until next time if God allows us to do so.

Roberto was very attentive at all times, the caretaker Fernando, who deals personally with the tenants, was very kind and helpful during my stay. Very flexible check-in and check-out, which was great. The house is in great condition, it is not new, but it maintains the comfort of one. Of the 10 guests, none pointed out the smell of mold in the house, which is rare when it comes to a house so close to the sea. It will remain an option for more visits to Ubatuba.

Great house, very spacious and well located on a relatively quiet beach, but with good structure. The house has several items for use on the beach, tent, chairs, etc. The best restaurant nearby is Limão Cravo, which has a varied menu and great food. Several wineries nearby help with the drinks.

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

Good our stay was short, because we were late had rained a lot of what made it difficult for us to arrive, because of the rain the energy was over, and with all these setbacks it was a very good and quiet stay, Larissa always in contact with us, very helpful and requests what she could do so that we could be very comfortable with the situation of the energy and rain, it is not a cool thing to be without obvious energy but it is not something that depends on the host so for us ñ ñ was negative in relation to the stay happens, the most the house is the same as what is announced beautiful and clean, each corner note if the care of the host with us, Gustavo and Tais tbm always willing and educated mto, we are sure to come back more times because the house is a taste of being and enjoying the nature and the sensational view!!! Vanessa is very attentive, the house is excellent, and sleeping with the sound of the sea and walking on the waterfront did a lot of good for me and my husband. We also enjoyed the pool on the day it was cloudy. The stay was worth it and we plan to return, for sure!

Very cozy house and very close to the beach, spacious rooms, kitchen equipped with everything you need, great condominium, very quiet beach, great for children. Erika served us very well and everyone in the condominium was very helpful. We'll be back for sure!

i have never seen a house as clean as Aunt Rê's house (the pots look like a mirror of so bright), extremely cozy, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. We'll want to go back more often for sure!

The stay at the house was flawless. Michelle was one of the best hosts we've ever had, always very helpful and friendly. We also took our little dog, who loved the stay and had a lot of fun.
