Monthly Rentals in Cepano

Giuseppe was a wonderful host. He was responsive, generous, and took care of us. He made sure we had everything we needed, from cooking oil to pelets for the heater. He went above and beyond and offered a discounted rate from typical taxi fare to pick up friends of ours who missed their bus. His home is wonderful, the yard is exquisite, and the place itself is much bigger than expected. The kitchen was great for cooking and hosting meals, and the living room and bedroom were comfy and lovely. Great stay, and we are so grateful to have been able to come visit!

Martino’s villa was amazing. I want to preface by saying you absolutely need a car, but it was the perfect location to stay at when visiting the towns of the Amalfi coast. Sorrento was a quick 15 min drive down the mountain, Positano may 20-30 depending on traffic, and Naples a quick hour and 15 away. The grounds were gorgeous and picturesque and the house itself was beautiful. It came equipped with everything we could need for a short or long stay while in Italy from laundry to cookware. The AC units were a plus as well even though the weather was mild to cool during our stay. Martino is a wonderful host. He graciously allowed for an early check in as our overnight flight into Naples landed at 7am. He sent over a list of places to eat in the area, and suggested helpful places to park in the different towns. (Head his warning about parking on Sorrento!) He also would have helped us arrange a tour to Capri if we needed. I loved staying here and would recc to everyone possible.

Amazing!!!!!!! She and her husband were extremely kind to me and my friends, they gave us rides to Positano basically every day, they were very kind and always trying to help.

It was such a privilege to stay at Antonio’s House. My husband and I and our two kids, 8 and 11, stayed for one week at this beautiful home. The home had everything we needed and was spacious inside. We appreciated ample towels and bedding as well as a well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space was idyllic including lemon trees, olive trees, flowering plants, and views of the sea, Mount Vesuvius, and the bay. Morning coffee or afternoon limoncello on the rooftop terrace is simply breathtaking. While the home itself is absolutely lovely, Antonio is a treasure. He greeted us warmly and offered assistance with plans throughout our stay. What was most meaningful was his willingness to share some of his family stories and provide a local perspective that helped us feel very connected to this place. There is plenty of lodging in this area; however, this is more than that. I am humbled by this experience, by Antonio’s hospitality, and by the people who keep this land so special.
