Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Centro Storico, Napoli

Don’t rely on Google maps. After taking the Alibus to the port, it’s a straight walk through Plaza Municipo, keep going straight and you’re there in 10-15 mins. Google maps route suggested 25min walk - weird route. Must have over looked the photos but couple of things to note….no lounge and no windows. Very busy area right next door to the Maradonna Museum. Plenty to do and see - loads of walking and easy to use Metro - good value for money. Quite noisy at night though - mopeds everywhere - and a fair bit of noise from upstairs neighbours. We did sleep well though - good beds and bedding. All in all good place to stay in the heart of Naples and Rita is a superb host.

중앙역과 가깝고 전철역도 주변에 두개가 있어 여행 다니기에 편리한 위치 호스트가 매우 친절하게 맞아줍니다 한가지 아쉬운 점은 밤에 주변이 조금 시끄러운 편 이지만 여행을 하기에는 너무나 좋은 위치에 있습니다.. 매우 만족하며 지낸 숙소입니다

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was clean, centrally located, and made exploring the area easy. The host was incredibly helpful, providing great tips and support throughout my stay. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient spot!

Good location, but for about an hour a day the neighborhood was extremely noisy with loud music. We don't have any mobility problems so we managed fine, but be aware that the stairs to the bedroom in the loft are steep and narrow.

Gennaro was an amazing host. Flat is small but perfect for a city stay. View from the bedroom across the city is beautiful. Gennaro helped us with recommendations for food which were delicious. He gave directions to the Diego maradona stadium and helped with parking which is tricky in Napoles. Short walk 10-15mins into town all downhill and lots to see on the way. This place didn't disappoint for the price and fantastic host. Flat was easy to find and Gennaro father was there to meet us show us around and give us all the instructions needed. What a lovely Italian family. Grazie mille 🩵

La casa di Marcella è centralissima, in un quartiere vivace e autentico. In casa si trova tutto quello di si potrebbe avere bisogno , la casa è molto spaziosa e funzionale. Marcella è una ragazza gentilissima, premurosa che accoglie gli ospiti e li fa sentire subito a proprio agio. è disponibile e presente al bisogno. Già prima di partire mi aveva scritto per mandarmi una piccola guida di Napoli e darmi gia le informazioni necessarie sulla città; è la prima volta che mi capita e ho apprezzato molto. Per me tutto eccellente. E Napoli sempre meravigliosa e accogliente. grazie Marcella

Wonderful! Lots of restaurants, good transport

Merveilleux appartement, beaucoup plus grand que ce qu’il parait sur les photos. Très belle hauteur sous plafond et la vue est sublime sur Naples, la mer et le Vésuve. Petit conseil : levez vous tôt afin de profiter du lever de soleil qui est magnifique. L’emplacement est dans le quartier espagnol qui est un quartier très typique de Napoli qui est super pour s’immerger dans la vie napolitaine et proche de pleins de superbes adresses pour manger notamment. Hôte accueillant, réactif et arrangeant !

Heel vriendelijke, rustige man. Hij spreekt ook goed frans. Gaf goede tip voor een late maaltijd. Flexibele aankomst- en vertrektijd. op wandelafstand van de luchthaven (10 - 15 min.), wat voor mij belangrijk was door de vroege vlucht 's morgens. Proper appartement, rustig en veilig. Aanrader.

Tout s'est très bien passé, Anna Maria est très agréable, le logement est de qualité et conforme à l'annonce. Je recommande.

Mario’s place was nice and spacious and in a really nice place. He was very friendly and everything went smoothly, really recommend.

Siamo stati a Napoli qualche giorno io e il mio ragazzo, Enrico e’ stato il miglio host che abbia mai conosciuto. Napoli e’ bella, come i suoi cittadini.. in maniera tempestiva ci ha aiutato con un problema avuto alla macchina mettendoci in contatto con il suo meccanico di fiducia, che anche lui ci ha trattato egregiamente. Onesta’ e disponibilità va sempre riconosciuta! L’appartamento era pulitissimo, con ogni confort, a due passi da via Toledo e metropolitana. Se torneremo, sicuramente sapremo dove andare!

Anna gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Casa molto pulita e dotata del necessario, arredata con gusto e con possibilità di deposito bagagli dopo il check-out. Posizione ottima per visitare il centro storico.

Appartamento ristrutturato di recente. Mobilio nuovo e funzionale. L'appartamento è perfetto per due coppie che vogliano condividere un soggiorno, in ragione della disposizione delle stanze da letto agli antipodi e della centralità degli spazi comuni. La zona è comoda, a 10 minuti dalla stazione e dalla metro. Paola si è dimostrata un host gentile, proattivo e pronto nelle risposte. Lo consiglio.

Appartamento caratteristico nel cuore dei quartieri spagnoli, molto carino, ristrutturato e pulito. Carmine é di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibile, ci ha fornito informazioni di ogni genere e con immediatezza

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung liegt gut, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nah und auch zu Fuß ist man schnell mitten im schönen Neapel. Check in lief trotz später Ankunkt (23:00) sehr gut. In der Wohnung war es etwas laut da im Vorderhaus gebaut wird aber da wir am Tag unterwegs waren hat es nur wenig gestört. Sonst haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Morgen auf der Terasse gefrühstückt. Die Terasse liegt zwischen Hauswänden und hat keine Aussicht, ist aber gemütlich und bietet absolute Privatsphäre.

We stayed at month and loved the amazing views, comfortable apartment, and central location. Salvadore was always so helpful and friendly. We would definitely book again if we come back to Naples!

Anna and Luigi were phenomenal hosts that were extremely informative, responsive, and most importantly accommodating. Their place was clean and comfortable. Moreover, I was able to easily travel through Naples due to their proximity to the Metro and for all the reasons above recommend this stay to everyone. Can’t thank Anna and Luigi enough for their phenomenal hospitality!

Séjour très agréable sur Naples. En grande partie grâce a la gentillesse et la prévenance de Marco : il était présent à notre arrivée pour nous remettre les clefs de l’appartement. Et il nous a donné tous les renseignements nécessaires :restaurants autour de l’appartement, bars à fréquenter, comment faire fonctionner la climatisation en mode chauffage. Nous avons décidé de visiter Sorento et Positano : Marco nous a donné les informations nécessaires concernant le circumvesuviana. Je recommande fortement Marco et son appartement situé dans un quartier tranquille mais proche du quartier espagnol. À refaire.

We stayed in Alessandro's apartment with our three children and it was perfect. The apartment is very spacious and clean, we had everything we needed and it is located in a quiet area in busy Naples. Thank you for hosting us, Alessandro!

Wir haben das Appartement für 4 Tage gebucht. Die Aussicht war traumhaft schön und der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Das Einchecken war gut beschrieben und einfach. Von dort aus konnte man viel unternehmen. Die U-Bahnstation lag nur 10 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Wir haben über Airbnb die „Schätze der Amalfiküste“ gebucht. Diese Tagestour ist sehr zu empfehlen, da das Team von Luca sehr nett ist und man in der Kürze der Zeit doch sehr viele Informationen mitnehmen konnte. Alles in allem ist der Aufenthalt bei Chiara empfehlenswert. Anne

You experience a real Napoli neighborhood with a wonderful terrace snd lovely, cozy rooms. Francesca will make you feel very welcome and help with anything you need. One of the very best we have experienced in 10 years!
