Loft vacation rentals in Centro Storico, Napoli

Lauro's accommodation was perfect for our needs, very convenient to the Circumvesuviana station and close enough to the city center and the port. There were many flyers available for tourist attractions nearby and the lady who took care of the accommodation was very efficient and nice. Given the time of year and the weather, not very hot in the evening, unfortunately we could not take advantage of the outdoor area, with a table and chairs, very nice and sheltered from traffic. I recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants to spend a comfortable and pleasant vacation without a car.

Lovely place with a small kitchen and a separate bathroom. There was no kettle or microwave in the kitchen, but this did not become a problem, as there is an opportunity to use a small pot or frying pan:) The apartment was very clean, towels and bed linen were provided. For people planning a longer stay, there is an opportunity to even do laundry! From the window you can see Vesuvius - very beautiful! The location of the apartment is very convenient: located between two metro stations. For a more athletic Montecantro station (you need to climb to the house up the hill) or Santa Rosa for an easier way to the apartment. There are no large supermarkets in the area, but there are small shops where you can buy everything:) The hostess is very pleasant, polite and communicative! I recommend this place to stay in Napoli!

LORENZO WAS THERE TO GREET US AND SHOW US ROUND. WE ENJOYED STAYING IN HIS QUIRKY FLAT. ESPECIALLY BEING ABLE TO STROLL DOWN TO THE COAST A BLOCK AWAY. HE HAS LOTS OF HELPFUL INFORMATION AND THE FLAT IS WELL SERVED BY THE METRO DOWN THE ROAD.

Very cool apartment, and extremely well located, very easy check in. Just to clarify, as it is a loft, there is only one bedroom and the other bed is in the living room.

unfortunately i got to spend a lot more time in the apartment for the week i was there due to an illness. so i speak with more insight when i say this is a unique apartment, one that provides the Napoli touch. ultimately, the icing on the cake is Donatella, the owner /host, who is a throwback to the pioneering days of airBNB, when host actually cared about their guest. information about the area was meticulously provided, and any query or concern immediately dealt with. Donatella could not have gone more out of her way to help me through my stay. Grazie Donatella, sei un gioiello.

Location of the unit is ideal for exploring the city. It is cosy, well equipped and quiet at night. My host Paula was extra helpful and promotly available to answer question.

The apartment is in the middle of the old town, and that is fantastic. Everything is walkable. The apartment is good, nice beds and at night it is quiet which is incredible in sucha big city. The apartment is at the end of an uphill street( challenge) but it is easy to do. Think of it as a good walk after delicious Italian dining!! Rita was our main point of contact and she was wonderful!!! This place is in the heart of Sorrento, surrounded by shops and restaurants, yet it’s up a lovely alley and quiet once inside. It’s a 10 minute walk to the main port. There is not a full kitchen, but you don’t need one when you’re on vacation. It was beautiful and just as the pictures described. It was a bit expensive but the property was lovely!

Nice clean & spacious apartment with high ceiling. Centrally located in the Spanish quarter. Easily accessible 5 mins walk from Napoli Centrale Stazione from metro line 1 (Garibaldi to Municipio). Gracious and informative host. Highly Recommended.

Ernesto's accommodation is very well located in the historic center of Naples, but on a quiet street. It's extremely cozy. Ernesto is very responsive. Recommended!

The apartment is very nice, in an old house, stylishly furnished. We felt very comfortable, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen perfectly furnished. There is a balcony and access to the roof, where you can have a very nice view over the city. The host contacted us beforehand, sent pictures of check-in, it was very easy to find everything. The parking is a dream! She also gave us recommendations (restaurant, supermarket), which was very helpful. The apartment is close to one of the subway stations of Ljnie 1, Rione Alto, which goes directly to the center (Museo, Toledo, etc.). We were very excited about our stay and would always book this apartment again! Highly recommended!

Marco and his wife are great host. They treat you as part of their family. We got a lot of tips about local famous places to see, eating places, shopping places, trains/bus details. Marco gave us nice fruits on arrival. I would love to stay there every time I visit Naples.

Exactly as advertised in an authentic neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants. The dockyard did not disturb and the view of Vesuvius was excellent! Brilliant transport links to Pompei and Sorrento. Antonello was responsive and very helpful, including helping us to find parking! The sofabed was very comfy and kitchen well equipped. Be aware that there is no lift - unless you are groceries!
