The location is very good, a 10-minute walk from the bus station, a $60 Uber ride to downtown. Very good price and the room is in line with the price, it has everything you need and is spacious. The bathroom is private and has the essentials if you need to cook and eat there. Details, it has no view but to the back of the houses. Lots of light comes in, a curtain is missing in a window facing the kitchen. The bed is very comfortable as well as the pillows. Hot water ok. The service was very good from the owner. Always attentive and flexible with schedules.

Excellent accommodation. Everything is impeccable and clean, it has all the amenities it advertises, it is a very comfortable and pleasant place. The location is amazing, really central, you can walk downtown, there's a lot to do, everything is very accessible. I will definitely stay here again.

Fidel's suite has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The photos are very true to life. The location is unbeatable as it is just over a block from the cathedral, which allows you to walk through the center until very late, without any problem. Finally, Fidel was always attentive to any questions and answered quickly. I would highly recommend it

We had a pleasant stay, due to the location, the cleanliness of the space and the amenities it has. Nearby we had the commercial area of Morelia and transportation. They were also very friendly at all times and helped us with luggage storage.

I very much enjoyed my stay with Julio and his wife. This was my first long-term stay in Mexico. I was looking for a place that was safe and secure, and within driving distance to interesting locations. Driving in Mexico is not as easy as what I expected, so I did not travel around much. But that was not a such problem for me since my biggest priority was to stay somewhere I could decompress and do some work. I was more than satisfied with this accommodation. I found a space here with Julio and Emilia that was perfect for me. They are amazing people - very kind and responsive. I loved this time with them!
