The apartment is nice, just 2 minor details. The mattress of the double bed is a little worn out on one side and the other is that there are many neighboring dogs that bark all the time, but as for Ulises, everything was excellent.

The truth is, it's a very nice and comfortable place and for the price, even better. There is a lot to eat around and it's very central with transportation less than half a block away to go to the historic center or different places. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, safe, we never heard a noise and the truth is we were very comfortable. There's an Oxxo half a block away, hamburgers, cafes, menudo, etc. I didn't like the menudo. The hamburgers across from the Oxxo are very tasty. The coffee at Canela Brunch and its apple crepe, wow, a super mega 10, and the truth is it's a very nice place to eat, and they're very friendly. And there are a lot of things around. When we return to Morelia, we will definitely return to this apartment. We ate out and for the convenience of everything, we cooked there and drank coffee in the morning and then the hot water in the kitchen and bathroom. Everything was very good!

The lock box was difficult to open especially if you are short as the dials are difficult to see on the lock box. But someone came quickly to help. The place is nice and centrally located. Very walkable. Isabel was very kind to give us a late check out as we were taking a late bus. They were always very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We did find that the bedroom upstairs facing the street is quite noisy at night.

Communication with Yara from the reservation until prior to arrival was very clear and instructions easy to understand. The Virrey apartment is exactly the same as the photographs. Clean, tidy, and smelling super rich. Access to the apartment is super safe as you pass through 2 security doors before arriving at the 3rd door that corresponds to the apartment.
