Nice bright apartment with a balcony in secure residence. Ideally located in the residential area of the "prefecture", 400 m (5-min walk) from Nîmes-centre SNCF train station and 500 m (7-min walk) from the Nîmes arenas and the Museum of Romanity. The apartment is air-conditioned, it is equipped with a separate bedroom with window and queen size bed, separate bathroom, living room with bay window overlooking balcony and an "extra" convertible bench for an extra bed.

nice f2 with garage near the center.

It is a very comfortable apartment. you will have the advantage of calm and close to the arena center (10 minutes on foot). very easy to access from the highway or the train station. You have a free and individual garage next to the accommodation. The apartment has everything you need. The bed will be made upon your arrival, with a bath towel at your disposal. Reversible air conditioning in each room. I will always be available to help you have a very pleasant stay!
