Vacation rentals with breakfast in Centre Ville, Nîmes

very nice accommodation, beautiful volume of the living room and bedrooms. everything is more than putting your bags down to top up a large swimming pool with all the games available. the roach 10 min. on foot for swimming. Nîmes, Avignon... 30 min. in short, I can only recommend! Thanks again!

Spacious house, arranged very efficiently to be able to live with 2 families, no problem. Our stay was perfect! New interior and design. Esppis to park 3 cars. Quiet: no noise in the evening coming for 15 days. Frédéric is charming and caring. Just a clarification, which is not negative but can be useful at the time of choice: the pool is not visible from the kitchenette, terrace, or living room. It's on the other side of the house. It creates a real cozy corner, with a huge olive tree, adjoining a vegetable garden, but if like us you have young children who start swimming alone, it means you always have to be with them because they can't be watched out. We had no problem with that. But it can be burdensome for others... Otherwise: everything was fine! Cooking tools, barbecue, shower rooms, air conditioning, etc. As the owner, Frédéric is very kind and welcoming.

New impeccable accommodation, bedding is excellent, nothing to say, everything is perfect, Caroline is very nice, very welcoming. I recommend it without so much as a second thought.

The house is in a super quiet location with beautiful views and is very well equipped! The pool is a nice size and can be used alone, which is really great! The hosts are very kind and would be available right next door if you have any questions, otherwise you won't get anything from you. The vacation was just superb!

We had a great time in this studio and especially by its pool, which was ultimately reserved for us in our presence. The terrace, pool and studio offer a great view, you feel in the middle of nature while being only a 15-minute walk to the city center. Everything matches the photos, the studio even seemed bigger to us. A big thank you to Anne-Katell and Jean-Phi for their welcome, discretion and advice!

Hello, despite the cruel circumstances, the quality, comfort, surface and layout of the accommodation allowed us to be together while having space. Everything is well thought out, the ideal location to discover Nimes during a vacation, in the middle of a residential area, absolute calm and the big plus, this free parking opposite. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality, it was an undeniable plus. I really recommend this gem. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back to Nîmes, but if I do, this is where I'll book.

One night of Valentine's Day dream, the host who received us was of unnamed kindness and responsiveness! The accommodation is extremely clean, the linens are available, the bedding 10/10, we never slept so well! The hot tub - hot tub, very clean and very nice. Breakfast served on time, fresh produce and very good. I would recommend 1000% this place. Thank you so much for this moment of peace, far from everything, in calm and discretion. We'd be back! Despite the proximity to others, we absolutely did not feel the presence of the other occupants. The hot tub as soon as we arrived was a treat and small + for the chessboard, my wife and I enjoyed ourselves! I highly recommend it and for my part, it's a "See you soon!"

We felt at home from the first moment! The place is lovely, the breakfast is great and the two hosts are just lovely. They gave us lots of helpful tips for the area and were available at any time. We have no complaints and would come back at any time!
