It is rare that I allow myself to comment on a host, but Cecilia's welcome was really pleasant, a very friendly and attentive woman who will give you good advice for your stay. Her place is super functional, new, cozy, and super clean. I highly recommend this announcement to stay in Nantes

Lovely accommodation very well equipped and decorated, perfectly suited for a short or long stay (about ten days in my case). The description and pictures are completely accurate to reality. Communication with Christelle is very easy and this one was accommodating despite my late arrival at the listing due to a flight delay.

Very well located apartment that allows you to discover the city center on foot or by public transport, on a very quiet street, shops nearby, organic or not, with in particular a very good bakery 2 steps away. Comfortable and pleasant accommodation, good bedding. Dishes a little limited for those who, like us, want to cook a little during their stay. The bathroom is not brand new but it is functional. Very considerate host, who went out of his way to welcome us. We were delighted!

Vianney was exceptionally kind and caring towards us, my wife loved the special care taken in the decoration and the quality of the furniture, we were surprised by the calm in view of the place, the bedding exceeded our expectations, extremely clean apartment, we were extremely satisfied, I recommend it without hesitation, we thank them, for the small touches that allowed us to have a great stay, I will book this apartment again Alix and Khalil

Amazing stay - really reactive host and answers the questions or problematics we may have ( ex - we needed more sheets as the one for the second bed was not provided as we checked in for legit reasons which I explained and Jessica ( the host ) did react and was really proactive as she proposed to provide the sheets - really in a ridiculous no time space - the sheets were delivered to us ) Note that we were there at a bank holidays period. We definitely enjoyed the very wide windows right in front of the Erdre river, we the sun - a restful activity we’ve done by just staying at the windows. The bed and sofa are really really comfortable ✨👌 no worries for that. The location is conveniently linked to public transport - a lot of things to enjoy just by working around ( we do not really need public transport to reach out to nice walks or the center of the city ) Various and interesting restaurants at the center ( roughly < 20 min walk ) We do recommend it!

You want a place to relax, close to Nantes,surrounded by greenery, the luxury of a swimming pool or no effort to get into the water. You want to rest and finally breathe by saying" we are well". This is the place.

Adele was very flexible with the check-in time. She did everything for us to have the accommodation that matched our schedules. friendly, comfortable apartment, kitchen with everything you need. Very quiet place. Recommended!!

Student residence that is well worth it, especially for short stays. Although located on the island of Nantes, the historic city center is easy to access. Very long but well detailed instructions. By applying them to the letter, I had no worries about entering the residence.

The place is very nice, the different areas, pool, garden, spa, games room… allow you to enjoy the place to the fullest. The studio was well-equipped and spacious. We recommend it!

Very nice rental as described. The house is very nice, clean, comfortable, in a very quiet area. Spaces are generous and well decorated. The exteriors are also very pleasant, shaded terrace, there is always the possibility of having a place in the shade or sun according to its desires. Trampoline, cabin, small slide for children and a very nice pool for young and old. some tasty tomatoes, delicious raspberries and 2 chickens a little cabotin. Our hosts Sandrine and Michael, very available and responsive (even remotely response within 5 minutes). Recommended.

We stayed at Marielle and François's place during Hellfest. Communication was very fluid. Very clear instructions. The accommodation is spacious, very comfortable, very clean and very well appointed. Beautiful decor, there is nothing lacking. Everything is there. Great place to unwind. The garden and terrace is a plus. Marielle and François are very friendly and warm hosts. Beautiful people, good values. I recommend them. You can book without a second thought. We will not hesitate to go back.

Very well maintained house, flexible entry thanks to the key box, convenient for those who have bicycles thanks to the garage to secure them at night. Thank you we had a very nice night!

The accommodation is very good and easy to access. We lived outside thanks to the very well equipped summer kitchen and enjoy the heated pool. Our son loved fetching the eggs from the chicken coop located in the garden that does not create a nuisance or require maintenance from us. Sébastien is a responsive and welcoming host. We had a great stay!

Beautiful well-appointed house that we did not enjoy enough because we only spent 2 nights there (reservation for the Puy du Fou). We would have stayed much longer but our schedule did not allow it. Listing to recommend.
