Waterfront vacation rentals in Centre-Val de Loire

Ideal location. Clean, bright studio with an amazing view of Notre Dame and the Seine. Walkable neighborhood with great restaurants. It was perfect!

Logement impeccable, tout y est pour se sentir comme à la maison ! Deux chambres et deux salles de bain offrent une bonne intimité. L'appartement est parfaitement situé. Jean-Marc a été très réactif. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

We were looking for an apartment on Ile-St-Louie and this unit fit the bill for Parisian living. It's perfect for 2 adults and very good for a family with 2 small children, as the second bedroom and bathroom are on the small side, but still functional. If you need the amenities of hotel living, this may not be the place for you, but if you want to know what it would be like to live in the center of Paris, give this apartment a try. We spent 6 nights here and it had virtually everything we needed. The availability of the washer and dryer was appreciated, and one of the reasons we chose this unit, and the elevator was also a big plus. Ile-St-Louie is a busy place so there will be some noise at night, but it didn't bother us. The apartment is with a 5 minute walk of 2 metro stops, so getting around is easy, but walking is much more enjoyable! There are also numerous grocery stores within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb in Paris! The apartment was charming, clean, and full of character with the best Eiffel Tower views—just what you’d hope for in a Parisian getaway. The location was perfect, within walking distance to cafés, bakeries, and iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. Isolda was welcoming and provided great recommendations for local restaurants and hidden gems. It felt like a home away from home, and I truly didn’t want to leave. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Paris—highly recommend!

A special apartment. The views of the Seine from here are all that you could want. Beautiful morning sunlight. Also, neat uncluttered good style. Well equipped kitchen. 94 steps. Check-in is personal (Pierre meets you). He provides list of places he recommends to eat and drink, and buy baguettes cheese wine, etc., so you don't need to bother with looking things up, just follow this advice. One thing that was confusing - every time I'd want to use toilet, I'd find myself in the bathroom wondering where the toilet was. Always had to correct myself. Toilet is separate from the salle de bain of course. Now I'll be going back to my home country and wondering why the heck there is a toilet next to by bathtub. So uncivilized : )

We loved our time at Veronique's historical building which is beautifully located with breathtaking views. It played well into the romance of Paris and fantasy of living there. The space is generous and well appointed. We highly recommend this special place.

Lauriane was very responsive up until and throughout my stay. She greeted me right outside the apartment and helped me with my bags. She gave me a list of recommendations for dining, museums, attractions, etc. she was very thorough in explaining everything about the apartment and apartment building which was super helpful. The apartment was clean with a well equipped kitchen. Exactly as it is described. The view is like something out of a movie. You can view the river and the Eiffel Tower right outside your window. The weather was perfect during my stay (end of April). Thank you Lauriane for an epic stay!

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. L'environnement est exceptionnel : magnifique, calme et très agréable. La maison est idéale pour un moment en famille ou entre amis, fonctionnelle, chaleureuse et décorée avec goût. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil et avons profité d'une superbe visite du moulin. Il est possible d'acheter des spécialités sur place (huile produite au moulin, pâté, pâtes à tartiner...), ce dont nous avons évidemment profité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce lieu idyllique.

Le gîte de Catherine est très accueillant : la maison, sur plusieurs niveaux, a beaucoup de charme et est très bien équipée (nous étions 7). Il est situé au cœur de ce joli et typique village de Touraine et tout près du bord de Loire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

We loved our stay at Gerard’s place. It was very peaceful and quiet. Gerard was a total superstar when we got lost and had a puncture at the same time. He came to rescue us in the village and then insisted on taking me to get the tyre repaired the next day on a French public holiday. He then helped to provide tools to change the wheel on the car. This was so helpful and way above expectations. I am sorry we took so much of Gerard’s time but he was so nice to us and we were able to have a great time at the old stable despite our car problems. I would recommend using the directions Gerard provides on the messages rather than the default directions on the Airbnb app (which was our mistake). We had a wonderful meal at the Auberge du Cerf restaurant about 5-10 minutes drive away.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison, confortable et décorée avec goût. Tout était parfaitement propre et conforme à l’annonce. L’hôte a été très attentif, réactif et accueillant, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse et y reviendrons avec plaisir !

This place it is very beautiful, exactly like în description, with everithing what you need, very clean and in a very beautiful area closer to the bus, rer, supermarket and more. Arnaud he was help a lot with every Information, recomandation, what he was gave tu us i will tell thank you for all what he was done and sure when i will come again to Paris i will take asame place, because i was fell like at home!! goed uitgerust appartement, met geweldig uitzicht over de Loire. volop ruimte in het appartement. Sandra is een hartelijke gastvrouw. de afstand naar het centrum is goed te voet te doen. met ca 20 minuten lopen ben je er. supermarktje om de hoek. voor ons was het een prima verblijf!

Catherine was very nice and quick to response. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The place is ideal to walk around Paris.

The location of this apartment was amazing. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room AND the bedroom was so cool. We got to see it light up every night from the privacy of the apartment. Very short walk to the Eiffel Tower too. Samy was a great host, he was very responsive and proactive in reaching out regarding check-in and check-out. This place was was great, especially for the price. Would highly reccomend it and we will try to stay here again when we come back.

Apartamento maravilhoso, bem iluminado, moderno, bem decorado, vista deslumbrante para Torre e o Rio Sena! Cozinha com todos os utensílios, tudo perfeito. Altamente recomendado! Gratidão!

Evangeline was incredibly responsive and a great check-in, she speaks English beautifully. All the supplies you need to get going in Paris. Could not be a better location. Very high ceilings in living areas with tall operable windows, very low ceiling in loft bedroom. Washer, no dryer. Forty six steps up to unit. Great water pressure, great internet connection, great TV/app channel choices. Would definitely stay again.

Bon accueil de Liliane qui nous attendait dans le logement à l’heure qui nous arrangeait. Appartement fonctionnel , très bien situé au cœur du centre et à proximité immédiate des berges de la Loire. Grand parking gratuit. Entrée soit par le hall de l’immeuble , soit par le jardin clos. Jardin très agréable. Logement en adéquation avec la description. Très bonne réactivité de Liliane qui est charmante et suggère de bonnes idées de balades. Merci !
