Vacation rentals with a balcony in Centre-Val de Loire

Nice and quiet apartment. Close to the metro and to many local stores. It is exactly as described in the posting. Would recommend.

Amazing stay! The location is excellent, very close to the Metro 11 line with easy access to everywhere in the city. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, and it felt very safe. Very clean house with comfortable beds, and quite spacious. Highly recommended.

Good location. Place was fairly easy to find and locate. Place has good security too. Place was fairly clean aside from the stained sofa bed but you can put the bedsheets over it so its fine. Very responsive host and instructions are clear and amenities are good. Will recommend for ppl looking to stay in a safe area in paris with 3-4 pax :)

Logement très bien situé, parking souterrain juste en face " quasiment ". Le logement est bien isolé malgré le fait d’être dans un rue principal on entend très peu la circulation. Literie acceptable ( je ne suis pas fan des matelas à ressort ) mais j’ai tout de même dormi correctement. Le balcon est un plus très agréable.

Very clean, with comfortable living spaces for 3 couples, and convenient location. The kitchen is surprisingly well-stocked for its size and served us well for a big family dinner. Of note is that one bedroom has to pass through another to get to one of the toilet rooms but that worked fine for us as we were traveling with family. Windows facing east and west offer incredible light and cross breezes. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay in this beautifully decorated apartment. Everything was excellent—the view, the location, and the spaciousness. The apartment was impeccably clean, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome note from the owner. My only suggestion would be regarding the check-in time, as 15:00 feels a bit late. Additionally, a slightly firmer mattress could enhance the comfort. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’m grateful for it.

We had a great time, very quiet and private house, easy to get to a lot of the Loire Castles from there. Place was very clean and checkin was easy. We would stay again without a question!

Belle maison et superbe piscine (avec plein de jeux de piscine laissés à disposition : raquette, pistolet à eau etc). Très bien pour un week-end en famille ou entre amis. Nous avons pu profiter du barbecue également.

Logement, très bien situé dans un environnement calme, proche d’un super marché. Ce qui nous a facilité pour nos courses. Tout était propre dans le logement et beaucoup de chose disponible pour se restaurer. J’ai apprécié de prendre le jardin derrière la maison super sympa pour se poser pour les prochains jours d’été. Je vous conseille quartier calme et paisible.

Nous avons passé 5 jours en famille (mes parents, ma grande sœur et son fils) pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire. Le logement est très beau pour un petit séjour. Il est proche des châteaux entre 20 min (chenonceaux) et 50min (chambord) de voiture. Bien prendre en compte qu'il y a 1 salle de bain pour 5 personnes. Enfin la chambre du haut est belle mais niveau sonorité avec les planches en bois c'est assez moyen mais sur du court termes c'est pas grave. Nous avons apprécié le séjour, le village est à moins de 3 minutes avec une bonne boulangerie, un grand Intermarché à moins de 10 minutes et la ville d'Amboise à proximité. Enfin, la conciergerie est réactif au message. Il y a eu un petit souci avec la télé nous n'avons pas pu l'avoir pendant le séjour mais c'était un problème d'antenne et la conciergerie a essayer d'arranger cela mais il n'y a pas eu de solution. Je conseille ce logement paisible et beau.
