Vacation rentals with a patio in Centre, Rennes

Very nice and very well located accommodation in Rennes. Very easy check-in thanks to Timothée's very clear instructions.

Franck's place is pleasant, bright, located in a building and quiet neighborhood (one-way street and residential). Close to a bakery and butcher shop 5 min walk, a large shopping center 5 min drive away (shops). Canal Saint Martin is a 3 min walk away for walks.

We had a great time in Rennes, comfortable apartment and as described, we'll be back!

Our stay went very well at this accommodation! Ideally located a few steps from Place de la République, it is easy to access from the train station and makes it easy to visit Rennes. The apartment matches the photos and description. Located on the 4th floor without an elevator, accessibility is not necessarily easy for everyone. The host was very responsive by message and charming upon arrival, thank you to him!

Anne's stay was great, we enjoyed the safe harbor she offers us. The surroundings are quiet, the small garden and balcony make you feel in an open space. The apartment is super bright and well provided for cooking. Being by bike, a lot of things are accessible with a few pedals, with the docks for a stroll and a nearby guinguette. It was a pleasure and little bonus for the board games available 😉 Thanks again to Anne for entrusting us with her home for our stay.

The host sent us clear instructions before we arrived and she leaves plenty of useful information in a binder available. The accommodation is right in the center while being quiet thanks to the small courtyard. That's great. Nadine's makes you feel at home, it's warm, clean, it has everything you need for a great stay.

Patricia is a remarkable host who combines warmth and generosity with great attention to detail. Her warm welcome instantly creates a friendly and reassuring atmosphere. Always listening, she makes sure every guest feels unique and perfectly at ease.

We had a great time, in a very quiet environment and close to the metro, shops and Roazhon Park. The hosting was very nice and friendly. The apartment is superb, functional and well-equipped, in short our Breton stay punctuated by the Green Marathon was great, thank you to Margaux and Arnaud for the welcome.

The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured! The open plan living area and pool and garden were perfect for us as a young family! The pool really was the highlight with lots of inflatables available to use. The location was fantastic with a short walk into the gorgeous Melesse - would highly recommend the Aux Saveurs du Moulin bakery. Rennes is also only 20mins drive and a stunning city to explore. Check in was nice and easy and the afternoon checkout was especially good to make the most of our last morning. Would love to go back and would highly recommend to others.

Very clean and pleasant accommodation! Responsive host! Close to all amenities by car, of course. I would highly recommend this for a Breton stay!

Jean-Marc is a welcoming, cheerful and very interesting host. I had the opportunity to stay with him for 5 days as part of a contest. The house is spacious and clean, with all amenities nearby.

Bright, comfortable, clean and well laid out. Quiet and pleasant terrace and garden. Same as photos. Communication with Marine was easy and seamless.

Laurie was always helpful and informative even with a communication barrier between us.
