In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. The Sint-Pietersberg is a hilltop plateau south of Maastricht. A unique region with picturesque villages, forts and castles and an exceptional nature. At the bottom of this oasis of peace, on a cozy little square, lies our house. The rural district of St. Pieter is perfect for a hike or bike ride in the greenery. Within a 10-minute walk, you will reach the historic city center. In the neighborhood it buzzes with restaurants and eateries. Also you will find a neighborhood center with a supermarket etc.

In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. My fully renovated studio is very well located within a 10-minute walking distance of the city center, Maastricht train station, MECC Conference center and UMC+ University Hospital. Studio54 has a pantry equipped with a fridge, freezer and microwave. There is no stove available.
