Der Aufenthalt war großartig! Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Balkon bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Castello, den Dom und den Parkt. Die Lage ist ideal: zentral und dennoch ruhig, alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Kommunikation mit Silvia war super freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

滞在までのコミュニケーションは日本語で応答してもらいとてもスムーズでしたが、入室時は英語もあまり伝わらなかったので少し戸惑いましたが特に問題はなかったのでとても良かったです

Flavio’s home was extremely clean and tidy! It was the perfect home that was close enough to walk to everything yet just far enough away from the loud sounds of the busy city. The refrigerator was stocked with snacks and drinks!! Flavio kindly greeted us upon arrival and again at our departure. It was a pleasure to meet Flavio and to stay at his expertly appointed home.

Cristina was a brilliant host and we loved our stay in her beautiful apartment in Milan. The location was superb and Cristina was very responsive. We would highly recommend a visit!

Gostamos muito da hospedagem, fácil de se locomover, perto de pontos de bonde e metro, banheiro espaçoso, cozinha boa e sala adequada, quarto bom e espaçoso. Anfitrião respondia com rapidez todas as nossas duvidas e nos ajudou muito. Nós recomendamos essa hospedagem e com certeza ficaríamos outras vezes.

The unit is immaculate and perfect for staying in Milan. Everything was in pristine condition. Loved this exact location and will only stay here on my trips! You can throw a rock to the best bars and pizza/pasta in Brerra, a short walk to Montepoleon. The hosts were very lovely and generous

Had a great stay! The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions, making everything smooth and hassle-free. The check-in process was easy, and the place was exactly as described. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Plus, the location is fantastic—there’s an amazing deli, La Fattoria di Torri Vittorio, right on the same street, and a supermarket just a two-minute walk away. It's also close to Central Station, making it super convenient for getting around. Would definitely book again! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! It was perfect for just me but can fit 4 (5 if you have someone sleep on the couch). Given the loft I’m not sure if it’s suitable for toddlers/kids who are not keen on listening. You can tell Marzio and his family care about the place with their little welcome binder that has typed up notes on the neighborhood, Chinatown, its history, and recommendations on what to try in the neighborhood. The supermarket is down the block which was super convenient. I’m a big walker and found I was no more than 20-45 mins from everywhere I wanted to go (Duomo, Milano Centrale, Four Seasons). The apartment is on the first floor and at the entrance so you do hear cars driving by and the motors of the doors when it opens up for tenants cars— if you’re a deep sleeper and plan on being gone most of the day then this shouldn’t bother much. Hermoso lugar! Cerca a centrale y a 8 minutos caminando a la estación del metro ( una es Loreto a 10 min y la otra lima a 8 min) el Loft es lindo y espacioso. Comunicación rápida y efectiva

It was a great stay. The place is quite spacious with all the amenities needed and with two bathrooms which are very convenient for a family. The host was very responsive and the checkin and out were smooth. The location is also good with easy access to trams and buses going to the center as well as a few good restaurants and shops. Overall it was a good value.

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, in totale relax. Siamo stati molto bene e anche il nostro cagnolino è stato a suo agio. Un angolo di paradiso dentro la metropoli. La cucina era super attrezzata, con tanti prodotti a nostra disposizione, anche per prepararci qualcosa di buono da mangiare. Francesca, sempre disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare anche le bibite in frigo, il gelato e il vino in cantinetta. Biancheria profumatissima. Doccia emozionale. Prodotti per l'igiene ottimi. È stato il tocco per rendere indimenticabili ii giorni a Milano, in occasione della laurea di nostra figlia. Peccato per l'idromassaggio, non utilizzabile, ma eravamo già informati, perché scritto sul sito.

The loft was a fantastic place to stay. I felt immediately at home, self check in was easy and it was exactly as described along with some welcoming treats. Nikolay was very easy and friendly to communicate with throughout my stay. The place is so close to Zara metro and Isola so it’s a great location and so simple to get to the centre and to Centrale station if you’re visiting the lakes. Thank you for such a brilliant stay.

Great host, the place is very good for optimum 2 people :) the king size bed is confortable , the sofa is only great for hanging out in living room instead of sleeping on it ✌🏼the place is right on the street with one step in, recommend for people who don’t mind it but it super safe because there is a full protection outside of the whole enterance :) overall, loved the experience
