It's close to Queenstown's town center, making it ideal if you don't want to drive into town. However, it might not be the best choice if you prioritize scenery. Su is very easy to communicate with, and the breakfast she prepares is excellent.

Highly recommend this villa when visiting Queenstown. Walking distance from town and good hiking on the doorstep.

We had a great stay at the Cozy Chalet. The linens were wonderful and the place was very clean. Rebecca covered the little things well - it was a delightful surprise to see a well stocked bathroom and kitchen. We didn't need to provide things like salt or tissues or toilet paper. We would happily stay here again. The views of Lake Wakatipu were stunning. We loved our stay.

We loved our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and is in a great location . Very clean and beds were very comfy. Highly recommend. We will be back again to stay one day. Thank you.

The pics did not do this place justice!! Fantastic property with knockout views, perfect for families exploring the region. We could not have been more impressed and pleased with the stay. The kids also enjoyed the complimentary chocolates and we enjoyed the wine. Would recommend and return in a heartbeat. Miss it already and if you get the chance to pop up to Lake Moke, worth a look!

Amazing location, 5 minute walking distance to town. Great views of the lake, right on a trail. Was the perfect stay for a family of 5.

Ron made sure we feel at home by providing clean place and even a welcome gift. Kitchen facility was really good that we cook almost everyday. would recommend for family holiday with indoor parking for 1 car with good heating in the family room.

The chalet was lovely. Extremely warm and welcoming, very clean, beautifully furnished and the most spectacular views. Would highly recommend.

some issues with the heat pump in the living room but the owner was proactive about communication and the fireplace was enough for heating

Wonderful stay at this place! Conveniently located next to the supermarkets. Super cosy, loved the fireplace. Had good privacy with 2 storey’s, however might be inconvenient for older travellers as there are a few steps of stairs between the parking lot to the door entrance. Otherwise, amazing stay at Albert Town!

Keren's place is as beautiful as the photos show. It has views of the nearby lake and walking distance to the Queenstown marina (with the water taxi). Generous sized and clean rooms. Keren is very responsive and was able to accommodate to our requests and questions about the place. This is a highly recommend stay in Queenstown.

The instructions were clear and concise, the property was immaculate and perfect for hosting my family and I have never felt quite such a homely vibe from a stay away from home! There were plenty of little extra touches to make the experience special for us and perfect for our 7 month old as well. The house itself is wonderful, and in a great walkable location from the Queenstown center - far away enough from the bustle, with beautiful views while still being very reachable by foot (with a few hills to power up!). What a place! Highly recommended to anyone staying in Queenstown, you will be very lucky to call this property your home during your visit. Thank you again.
