Calm neighborhood just a walking distance from the city, where you can enjoy all the great stuff Jyväskylä has to offer. Lutakko also hosts the many businesses that are located in Jyväskylä. Grocery store is just close by and technopolis business center.

We really enjoyed our stay with Rahulihomes. Apartment was wonderful and in a perfect location with a nice view of the lake and only short walking distance to the shop & centre. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the entire trip. I would stay here again.

80+ older people did great in the apartment with their dog for a couple of nights. Street level without stairs, car parking right at the front door. Cozy, clean, and well-equipped functional home. Joonas answered quickly if you had any questions.

For the second time, we stayed in this clean apartment. The apartment has plenty of room for three adults. For the sauna and good mattresses on beds, we give extra pluses.

The exterior of the wooden cottage features a welcoming entrance with steps leading up to a covered porch. The light blue façade is complemented by white railings and window shutters. Surrounding greenery adds to the natural setting.

Amazing place. We stayed for one night, but definitely worth staying longer. There are many activities to do right there on the island, and a couple National Parks within driving distance to hike or mountainbike. The house was very clean, had all the needed amenities and very well furnished. We particularly enjoyed that upstairs in the bedroom there is a window with a mosquito net, so that we could leave it open during the night and not get hot or have to deal with mosquitos. Has a sauna and the front door id right by a lake so can go for a swim whenever you want. Since we booked it last minute and didn't read the listing that thoroughly, I was very pleasantly suprised that breakfast is included! A very good deal! Overall it was a great stay and we are definitely staying here again if we are in the region.
