Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Central Europe

Great place to stay in Ammerschwihr in a traditional family home. There is also a table outside in the garden. Everything was perfect and the host were lovely and responsive. It's a great place to stay to explore Alsace and all the surrounding villages.

A dream - we felt right at home. The listing was 100% as described. Beautifully decorated, spacious and sparkling clean. We took some hikes right from the front door - you are immediately in the forest - fantastic location. Communication was always hassle-free and Jens responded within minutes. The highlight is also the infrared sauna and the outdoor shower. I'm sure we'll be back!

We immediately felt comfortable in the house. It was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, it had toys for the kids and the garden is fenced in a dog-safe way. The hosts were quickly accessible when needed and gave us helpful tips for activities. Thank you for this wonderful time out at your place!

We had a very nice and quiet stay with six adults and a dog at the property. The wooden house is really very nice, new and well equipped. We particularly liked the open kitchen and the living room, as well as the small private garden. The surrounding area is a residential area with no great opportunities for activities. This was more than suitable for us, as we wanted to spend time together. Smaller walks are possible, the public transport connection to Hanover is ok. The shopping directly across the street probably still closed until the end of 2025, so it makes sense to use a car for shopping in the next town. The house is quite audible due to its construction, which is no problem if all guests have a similar sleeping rhythm;) Overall, we had a great stay and everything met our expectations!

We (2 adults & 2 kids) had a lovely time in San Pietro. We are very familiar with the region but this place was a hidden gem. Perfect for strolls along river Natisone, close to Cividale, very calm and tidy. Lovely house with everything you need, very welcoming hosts. Thank you!

This stay was perfect! Katarina made sure we felt at home from the beginning to the end! the communication was very easy and quick! we recommend everyone one to stay there if there planning a trip to zagreb:)

We had a lovely, uncomplicated stay. We were greeted in a very friendly manner by Yolande and were allowed to ring her bell at any time for further questions. The house is very cozy, especially the underfloor heating has invited you to make yourself very comfortable. The only thing is, the house is very bright, we had a baby with us and were therefore awake early but this is just the substance of the home and we don't want to note this as a mackerel but only for groups with children. The rent is not quite cheap but you really have everything you need in the house, it is very family-friendly, there are a lot of lovingly selected toys, we used it a lot. Thank you for the nice short vacation!

The accommodation fully met our expectations. It is a well-kept, clean and spacious house, which invites you to linger and relax. Our son especially liked the playroom and the garden with sandbox. Annett takes great care of her guests and was always quickly available. We definitely recommend the place in good conscience :)

Place is stunning and my family enjoyed the stay. I recommend this place mainly if you have kids. Host is very responsive and provided a lot of kids toys. Kids felt like a dream house. Evening walk around the river is very peaceful and must to try the handmade sandwiches shop below. Especially the bagel sandwiches is too good. Just 50 mtrs lot of restaurants available. Nice place and not much distance to old town area

We truly cannot say enough great things about our stay with Laura. From start to finish, she was the absolute epitome of hospitality. Even months before our trip, she thoughtfully provided a detailed guide with the best local spots to visit, restaurant recommendations, and transportation tips — whether we planned to rent a car or take the train. When we arrived, the apartment was spotless — truly immaculate — and Laura welcomed us with a thoughtful check-in gift, making us feel immediately at home. Throughout our stay, she checked in periodically just to make sure we had everything we needed and even thoughtfully provided umbrellas when it started to rain. Every detail, from start to finish, was handled with such care and warmth. The location was also perfect — convenient to everything we wanted to experience in Milan. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base.

The place was clean and lovingly furnished. Although the apartment is in a lively area, it is very quiet in the apartment as it is in a backyard. Everything is within walking distance and almost everything is close. The apartment was very lovingly furnished and with everything necessary and you could smoke in front of the door. We felt comfortable there.

When arriving at a new place after a lot of travelling it is reassuring to have clear instructions on how to find the apartment and how to gain access. Igor provided exactly this. Very clear and easy to follow. Once in the apartment I was very pleased to find it just as described complete with handbook suggesting where to eat, shop and visit. I stayed for 5 weeks and the apartment was well set up for this length of stay. I also liked its position in the city. It was easy to walk to all the interesting places in the city as well as very easy to access the motorway to visit places further away. Highly recommended.

Such a nice view through the balcony. It was clean and nice place to stay. Luca is friendly. Responds my matters within minutes. Only thing was we were not able to handle room tempreture as we want, he was handling it through app. How ever highly recommend this place for calm stay!!

Fantastic rental. Great location. Short walk to most attractions. Very good restaurants. Apt was clean and very comfortable. It has very cool old elevator in the building. The electric blinds in the apartment were fantastic. Very nice feature. All and all , we loved it and would highly recommend it.

The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the garden is beautiful. The lake is a 10-15 minute walk away, the host is very kind and direct. If we come back, we'll still choose this accommodation! Everything was great!

The stay at Patrizia's apartment was excellent. Especially the communication, the tidy impeccable apartment as well as the two large and cozy balconies were great. The somewhat outdated coffee machine may no longer meet today's needs. However, I was amazed at how good the coffee tasted and this without capsules. We'd love to be back in Patrizia's apartment.

Really a super nice AirBnB. Has everything you need. Highly recommended. It is a quiet and idyllic environment. Cecile is helpful. Nice, we were allowed to stay here!

We reached the place without any difficulty and self check-in was easy and immediate. The little house is comfortable, perfect for a couple, but if it fits a little even in four it feels good. The location is perfect, we took advantage of nice spring days for a walk in the park and nice breakfasts at the bar a stone's throw from home. The metro is also easily accessible on foot. Daniela was very attentive and helped us solve a small problem with efficiency and speed.

nice apartment for a short stay, if you don't want/have to be in the middle of the city, but still with good connections. except for 2-3 small things, everything was in perfect order and ulrike always answered and offered her help :)

Very well equipped apartment in a magnificent location. There was nothing missing. Dominic and Marina have always responded very quickly and gave valuable tips for leisure activities nearby. We had a wonderful time. Thank you 😊
