Miro and Marketa Are the Biggest heart welcoming the guests into their hearts and their home. They are the most amazing hosts ever to exist, everything around them shines in bright lights. The place is absolutely stunning and the rooms are from another world. The gardens, the pool, the sports utility and endless possibilities around are mind blowing. breakfast are personally served and arranged by theme and so are dinners with the help of a cook. Sometimes we ate outside and sometimes indoors, depending on the weather, surly is a delight either way. We got a lot of trips tips for traveling around and each one of them was perfect. At first when we arrived it felt somewhat rustic but we very quickly fell in love with everything and had tears in our eyes upon leaving. my 10 yo daughter that almost had no WiFi didn’t care about it anymore but just wanted to be in the game room or in the pool or just wander around the garden. I’m out of words and surly will go back.

Fantastic location, beautiful room, and spotless bathroom!! Location was a short walk from the Arena and shops. Grocery store right around the corner. Thank you Laura (and Federico) for a great stay in Verona.

Mi sono trovato benissimo da Marta e David, già da prima di arrivare fino al momento della partenza sono stati di grande aiuto e chiarezza nel suggerire modalità di spostamento verso il loro alloggio o dal loro alloggio a Desenzano. La colazione vegana è fantastica, l'alloggio è comodo, facilissimo da raggiungere ma soprattutto dotato di una posizione strategica per visitare Sirmione e, in caso, prendere battelli per visitare altri luoghi lungo il Lago di Garda. Si respira un'aria di casa e si parla volentieri con i due host! grazie mille e spero a presto! Giorgio

The apartment was perfect for our family of 3. The AC worked perfectly, added with the blackout blinds and the quietness made for a great night sleep. the receptions staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location.

The stay here was incredible. To begin, the views are the best in the world. Secondly, the room was very nice with a very nice, modern bathroom. The breakfast being included was very much appreciated by all of us who stayed. Lastly, the people who run the place do a very nice job making it our favorite cafe in the town. Would 100% come back!

Чудовий готель. Дозволили нам раніше заселитися без додаткової оплати. Ми були з песиком і дуже раді що цей готель приймає тварин. В номері дуже чисто, гарні нові меблі, ідеально чиста постіль, рушники . В номері є кавомашина, 4 капсули з кавою, пакетики чаю та вершки. Також є міні-холодильник. В номері легко поміщається 4 особи. Дві в спальні і дві особи на розкладному дивані у вітальні. Особлива подяка власникам готелю. Дуже добрі і чуйні люди. Організували нам трансфер до аеропорту Шопена двома машинами. І допомогли відвезти нашого песика на окреме вантажне відділення в аеропорту Шопена. Тому сміливо можете поселятися до них. І не хвилюйтесь, вас завжди радо приймуть. Дякую.

Ein ganz tolles Zimmer in einem ganz tollen Hotel! Eliane und ihr Team sind extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend - wir haben unseren Aufenthalt an diesem wunderschönen Ort sehr genossen!

Ubytování super. Dana skvěle komunikovala. Výhodou je samoobslužný proces ubytování - mohli jsme tak přijet až po 22. hodině.

Despite a late registration, the host have been able to receive us in one of its 24 wonderful cottage house. The place is cute and appartement fully fonctionnal with old furniture and qualitative bedsheets. The breakfast is a must with local product, crepes, jam and chartuerie.

Schon zum zweiten Mal bei Katija gewesen. Liebevoller Empfang. Zimmer ist top ausgestattet. Sehr gemütlich und einfach schön. Leider können wir aus zeitlichen Gründen nicht das Frühstück genießen dennoch wurde uns sogar Kaffee angeboten bevor wir abreisen.

Ich hatte erst etwas sorge, dass wir über den Tisch gezogen werden. Aber dem war überhaupt nicht so! Auf Google Maps steht ein altes, kaputtes Haus an der Adresse, davon bitte nicht beirren lassen! Das Apartment war echt angenehm, warm und nett eingerichtet. Man hatte alles was man braucht. Info: Die Kaffeemaschine steht in der 2. Etage in der Gemeinschaftsküche!! Super Lage, super ruhig. Es war einfach Toll! Empfehlungen und Speisekarten von den Umliegenden Restaurants liegen auch aus. Ich kann nichts beanstanden

Hat alles super funktioniert. Unterkunft war sehr modern und schön. Der Sauna Bereich hat uns sehr sehr positiv überrascht. Alles sauber. Alles ordentlich. Alles high class. Wir kommen wieder!! Wir waren Ski fahren in Sölden - Fahrtzeit 30 Minuten von der Unterkunft war auch kein Problem.

Our second time staying at this small boutique hotel. We love the easy and flexible check-in. Our room was huge with great linens and super clean. Everything was absolutely hassle free. And we really appreciate the parking right in front as well. Did I mention that the hotel is pet friendly as well? That's a huge plus for us even though we did not bring our dog with us this time. Highly recommend this place.

the place was perfect for my three day solo trip. it took me a bit to find the rooms but after i found the “hostel” sign it was easy. the place had everything i needed and i would definitely choose this accommodation if i go to budapest solo again! thank you

Das Hotel ist ausgesprochen liebevoll und pittoresk von Radim selbst gestaltet. Radim ist ein sehr liebenswürdiger Gastgeber. Leider war die Saison vorüber (Ende September) und es gab, anders als wir es uns erwartet hatten, keine Küche und keinen Barbetrieb. Darauf müssen Sie achten! Radim hat uns aber mit 2 Flaschen Bier ausgeholfen. Leider gab es in zu Fuß erreichbarer Nähe auch kein offenes Restaurant, sodaß wir uns schließlich mit einer Takeaway Pizza begnügen mussten. Die Lage ist 15 Minuten von der Stadt entfernt, die leider wenig zu bieten hat. Nichtsdestotrotz, wenn es Hauptsaison ist würden wir dort jederzeit wieder einkehren.

Alles super geklappt. Das Essen war sehr gut. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Auch mit meinem jungen Hund gab es keine Probleme.

Kamer met balkon met prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Ik ben hier vaker geweest maar dan een kamer geboekt met eigen badkamer en toilet, nu met gedeelde badkamer en toilet dat was prima en schoon. Aardige eigenaren en je kan heerlijk in het restaurant eten waar ook de bewoners uit de buurt eten en elkaar ontmoeten, heel Italiaans en super leuk! Wij komen hier vaker voor een tussenstop naar het zuiden of op de terugreis en bevalt altijd goed.
