Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. It is excellent for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom. The beach is protected from rough waves and is well known for its clear water, which is excellent for children with a clean sandy bottom and shallow for a long way out.

The charming, stand-alone cottage is situated in front of the main house on South Beach Estate (not rented). Availability is subject to when the owner is not in residence. Both cottages can be rented together for couples and singles travelling together.

Ocean Breeze is a beautiful 3 story home situated centrally on Eleuthera, and only steps from a gorgeous pink sand beach! Our home features plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sea air with lush landscaping to make you feel like you are in your own oasis. We also have twice filtered water (safe to drink!), a washing machine and dryer, a backup generator, Starlink internet, and more. The property is unique in that it has its own natural salt water pool carved out in front of the home where you can snorkel from the home to beautiful coral reefs just a few hundred feet away.
