Vacation rentals with a kayak in Central Eleuthera

pictures don't do it justice. Sand was white and powdery, felt like flour. Beautiful beach. Nobody on it, ever. 4 miles of nothing which I loved. Snorkeling was average in the bay. House had snorkels and masks, paddle board and kayak, which we never took out. Locals will drop off whatever you need and do any tours you want. House is 1:45mins from the north where you have to ferry to an island to swim with the pigs, so we skipped that. I'm certain there is good snorkeling elsewhere on the island. We went south to Jacks Bay and got a tour of the Nicholas championship golf course and tiger woods course. Windemeyer was good, gated community. Food there is very average but the pickleball courts were great and everyone everywhere is so friendly. House had 5 bedrooms, 5 bath. The 5th bedroom was really small, fit 1 comfortably, but we didn't need it. A few restaurants are closed. Clothes washer didn't work (didn't spin the clothes). Overall, Awesome. Get fresh fish delivered

Our family of four came in April and we had an incredible time. Eleuthera is for the adventurous and the property’s central location made it easier to access the island’s best beaches. We enjoyed the amazing views every day (we even saw dolphins!). Would definitely recommend!

Our group of 4 spent a week at Coconut Point in December of 2022. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house was clean and well stocked with a wide amount of amenities from the kitchen to the linens to items for outdoor use. The location is remote and peaceful with a great beach for walking. One note, if you are hoping to work remotely, the internet was hit and miss, and pretty slow when working. But it's Eleuthera, best to not work at all! Cheers

Great place, had some issues in hot water, water pressure and wifi. Overall great house but a bit fun down, nothing other than just being beside the ocean causes that though. Would suggest to stay here if you don’t expect much of a night life life of psi time beach place. Perfect if you want to fish or just chillax and hangout with a small family.

Amazing vacation home! Will be back! Very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect just 10 minutes south of Governor’s Harbor. Renting a car is a must as thee home is in a very private secluded area. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed kayaking and swimming!! We will be coming back very soon and will rent this place again!

We loved our stay at Keith’s Airbnb. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and he had everything we needed to have fun on the water! From snorkel gear, to fishing poles, we had a blast. The kitchen was great for us to cook all our meals, and the diving right outside his place was wonderful. The balcony was perfect for watching the sunset, eating meals, and relaxing. We will be back and will recommend to all our friends in the future!

This place is worth every penny!! The house was clean and comfy with everything you needed. It had a bbq, lovely deck that overlooked the harbour and the dock/tent area along the water was incredible! Having that place to relax in the morning or evening all to our self was worth the stay itself. Shorlette and her husband Joey are fantastic hosts and always there to help. Always so responsive and caring. The location of the place is great as well. We rented a car and we could tour around the island either North or South in less than a hour. Great people, swimming locations, restaurants, grocery/liquor/gas stores all minutes away. Staying here again wouldn’t even be a question, I’d like to live here hahha! Book it while you can, before we book it up again.

A perfect place to stay for an Eleuthera experience. Short drives to many beaches and local grocery stores and restaurants. The house was clean, with functional AC and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking at the house. The beach out the back was not quite what we expected based on pictures, more rocks and less sand, so hard for our little one to run around, but still a beautiful dock to walk out to and watch the sunset or just listen to the water. All in all a great trip!

The place is more than beautiful. The property is located on a beachfront lot. The beach itself is really serene, we’ve seen only 3 people on it over the 4 days we’be passed there…. And it was Christmas… The villa is spacious for our party of two and could ideally accomodate a family. You’ll have every accessories you need to spend 2-3 weeks vacation there. We wish we’d book for longer but decided to visit a couple of Bahamian islands on our 10 day visit. There are lots of good restaurants nearby but a car is really a must if you want to reabh them easily. We liked afternoon munches at Potlatch Club, dinners at Bougainvillea and, of course, relax snacks at Tippy’s. Barbara is a great host and did everything she could to accomodate our (belated by the airline company) arrival and departure. Her manager, Winifred, is also really pleasant to deal with and efficent. I definetly would go again and recommend the place.
