The house is very cosy and clean. It is very well equipped and everything is new and in good condition. Peaceful place with a nice yard. Perfect if you are travelling with children. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and really made sure we have the best experience. We really felt like we were at home!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a great location in the Old Town, everything was within walking distance, and it was a unique place to stay. While it's a fairly basic setup, it's perfect for a short stay. It was a comfortable and cozy home with a nice courtyard. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Alles bestens 👌gemütliches Häuschen mit Garten, weit weg vom Straßenlärm, was für eine große Stadt wie ❤️Plovdiv ❤️ ungewöhnlich ist. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Ivan gerçek anlamda çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi.Giriş yaptığımız gün bizi karşılayıp çok güleryüzlü ve sıcakkanlı bir şekilde evle ilgili tüm bilgileri tek tek anlattı.Yerel gezi ve restaurant önerileri de bizim için çok faydalı oldu.Evde 6 yetişkin 2 çocuk çok rahat bir şekilde konakladık.Kesinlikle önereceğim bir ev ve ev sahibi☺️

Страхотно място на центъра. Комуникацията със собственика беше на ниво. Чисто, спокойно и включващо всичко необходимо за предтоя ни. Заслужава си!

За втори път отсядаме в сградата. Местоположението е чудесно и идеално ни устройва, съобразно целта на пътуването ни. Наоколо има под ръка всичко, което би могло да ни потрябва. За разлика от първия път, сега попаднахме на идеалния апартамент с перфектните домакини. Лесно настаняване, много лесна и своевременна комуникация. Апартаментът изглежда точно както на снимките - удобен, просторен и разполага с абсолютно всичко за кратък или по-продължителен престой. Чистотата беше на ниво. Определено се почувствахме почти като у дома си и бихме отседнали отново с удоволствие. Препоръчваме! Благодарим и за жеста последния ден! :)

Ailece Çok güzel 3 gün geçirdik, herşey mükemmeldi, mükemmel bir ev sahibesiydi, ev tam anlamıyla resimlerdekiyle birebir aynıydı, hiç bir problem yaşamadık, yemek, alışveriş, gezilecek yerler, vs çok güzel bilgilendirmeler yapılmıştı, tekrar konaklayacak olsam yine aynı evi tercih ederdim. Herşey için teşekkürler.

Nice modern apartment in a good location very close to the city center.

Wonderful apartment - it felt cosy and welcoming. Parking in the so called "blue zone" was not a problem as well. It is worth noting that the bulding does not have an elevator. Overall, we are very satisfied!

남쪽 버스터미널에서 10분, 구시가지하고 15분 정도 거리에 있어서 편했어요. 집이 1+1 구조인데 넓어요. 주방에 식기 및 조리 도구들 잘 구비되어 있고 냉장고도 커서 잘 이용했어요. 방에 드레스룸이 있는데 여분의 침구류와 행거도 있어서 유용해요. 방과 거실 모두 직접 조명과 간접 조명 있어서 상황에 선택하기 좋았고, TV 와 온풍기 있어서 갑자기 추워진 날씨에도 따뜻하게 지냈어요. 세탁실에 세탁기와 건조기도 있고 사용도 쉬워요. 관광지를 도보로 다닐 수 있어서도 좋았지만 숙소에서 쉬는 시간도 중요했는데 거실이 야외 주차장 겸 안뜰처럼 조용해서 편하게 쉬었어요. 다시 가도 방문하고 싶은 곳이에요. 아, 슬리퍼가 있긴 하지만 개인 실내용 슬리퍼 준비해 가면 더 좋을 듯 해요.

All was Ok. The apartment is close to the center, easy to find and had all the utilities a person needs when staying in it.

Апартамента беше както очаквахме без телевизора, тъй като ни казаха че е смарт но не беше. Всичко останало беше перфектно. Собственика през цялото време се интересуваше и питаше дали имаме нужда от нещо. Локацията също беше много добра. Със сигурност бихме се върнали.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung entsprach absolut den Bildern und Beschreibungen. Sie war sauber und aufgeräumt. Der CheckIn war ganz einfach dank der guten Beschreibung. Auch die Kommunikation mit Boris war unkompliziert und stets freundlich. Ein Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder. 👍

The place is exactly like you see it,it’s very neat and clean.The only down side for some people may be the TV size. It could be bigger but I personally didn’t use it very much so it was fine for me. If you want private place you found it. There are several restaurants,small shops etc. and it is relatively close to the city center.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Plovdiv! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my five-night stay. The location was perfect—in the heart of the city center and major attractions, yet quiet enough for a restful night. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out seamless. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Plovdiv!

A lot of thought, care, and expense has gone into fitting out this apartment. Everything is tastefully chosen, good quality. Everything you could concievably want is here. Pillows are great (this is one of the most important points in an Airbnb for me). The sofa is very comfortable. The aircon/heater works perfectly. All the kitchenware looks brand new and high quality. I honestly cannot find fault with anything here. It is perfect. Kreme clearly knows what she is doing!! Also parking is very convenient (dedicated space off the street), and walkable to the old town.

Always a wonderful stay. I highly recommend!

We've had a short stay at Elena's place and everything was great. While the place isn't huge, the price and location more than compensate for it. There are all kind of stores nearby. The old town art district is 10-15 mins on foot where you can find all kinds of charming bars and restaurants. Personaly I would visit again for sure!
