Stay in this historic carriage house apartment. Although beautifully decorated it does not pretend to be a five-star hotel. Our home is next to a train track. Welcome to rural Nebraska. Stroll down to Side Street Deli for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Enjoy the Dark Island Trail located 5 minutes away. Plan dinner at Prairie Creek Vineyard and Winery located across the street or at the authentic Mexican restaurant that is a 1 minute walk away.

I couldn't have picked a better Airbnb for my husband to stay while on the road for work. Rose has been a blessing to our lives. Her place is the perfect home away from home. Rose was amazing to my husband and myself when I went to visit. The place is so peaceful and nice to get out of the hustle of traffic. We will continue to stay at Rose's as well as keep in touch with her. Such a wonderful woman! Thank you Rose for taking such good care of your renters.

We loved our stay at Uncle Tom's Farmhouse! We have family in Sutton and the home is located just 10 minutes from town. (and 5 minutes from Grafton - which is much smaller than Sutton). The house is very comfortable, plenty cool despite the warm summer weather. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, if you're a fan of Nebraska like we are. Beautiful pasture and a huge sky, gorgeous sunsets. We befriended the two cats, and loved seeing the goats and cows on the property. It was such a peaceful space for us, a welcome escape from our home in Chicago. Very serene. We will be back!

10/10 stay! beautiful, cozy space with a super comfortable, big bed! the kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. the AC worked great and the washer/dryer was much appreciated. would definitely stay here again!
