Beautiful apartment, on the sand (15 meters from the beach) with partial view of the sea of Balneário Camboriú. Building on the sea block, on a corner of Av. Atlântica, on the other the busy Av. Brazil, in the central region, with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. Condominium with 24-hour concierge. Apartment with Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Supermarkets (including a 24-hour one), shops, bars, restaurants and the famous Passeio San Miguel are very close. Fantastic location. Enjoy and walk around the city.

Beautiful sea view from the bedrooms, well-lit environment with a balcony overlooking the avenue and a small table made of demolition wood and stools, a large TV room with two comfortable sofas, a dining room, a complete and functional kitchen, great ventilation in the apartment, it has a maid's room with its own bathroom, PRIVATE GARAGE on the second floor where I can park the van, the entire apartment is exclusively for the guest, it is not shared with other guests or host.
