Loft vacation rentals in Central Athens Regional Unit

A nice apartment in a dynamic area a short walk from Monastiraki. You can really walk anywhere from here, 25 minutes to the Acropolis entrance, the same to Syntagma, 18 minutes to the municipal market (highly recommended if you're into fresh fish, prawns, or meat). Late March was a nice time to visit, roughly 20 degrees and fairly sunny. The apartment has what you need, the kitchen ok equipped even if you like to cook, a bit dated and some features not functioning - but nothing that bothered us. We stayed 8 nights.

I booked this place mostly on the back of the glowing reviews and it was a good idea - Eleni was welcoming and her place felt totally calm and private, away from the hustle and bustle of the city while being nearby all the good bits… the apartment was spotlessly clean, really spacious, and quiet!!!!! Which was a huge selling point for us. She had also included lots of thoughtful touches which made us feel valued and welcome.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty of the space. The decor was modern and cozy, with an incredible attention to detail that made it feel like a true home away from home. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the host. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He provided great local recommendations and even checked in throughout my stay to make sure everything was perfect. It was clear he genuinely cared about the guests’ experience. If you're looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable stay, this is the place to book. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Konstantinos' house is in a very central location. You can find high-quality food and beverage places around it. The house is very clean, and all the necessary equipment is provided. Our communication with the host was also very smooth.

Great location and fabulous apartment. Easy walk to a couple of metro stations for trips around Athens and to the airport. Bustling seafront position surrounded by bars and restaurants which we visited most evenings. Back in the apartment, once you close the electric powered shutters, the nighttime noise didn't bother us. I've already recommended this place to friends. Perfect place to stay.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Kerameikos ist ein interessantes Viertel und Lydias Loft liegt dort sehr günstig in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Besonders gut fanden wir es, dass wir am Abreisetag den Loft für ein paar Stunden länger als vereinbart nutzen konnten (gegen kleines Entgelt). Allerherzlichsten Dank an Lydia für Ihre Flexibilität, das hat uns wirklich geholfen!!!

Great location and great host! The place was super cute and I loved the outside shower. Walking distance to everything. Host gives great local recommendations, are very responsive and accommodating.

The apartment and neighborhood was perfect. Upon arrival outside, the graffiti was a bit off putting but the area is very safe and comfortable, ignore the graffiti. The apartment, though a studio, is very spacious and the extraordinarily large terrace is magnificent throughout the day and night. The binder with details about everything you could want -- including phrases and words in Greek, local food recommendations, and more -- is really appreciated. Easy to walk to all the spots you want to see in Athens.

Loft was exceptional! It is situated in a prime location with restaurants, bars and shopping literally outside the building door. Truly a gem especially if you need a garage for your vehicle; but, difficult to find unless you know the unit is situated on a street which looks like a pedestrian walkway directly off an asphalted busy one way street. We loved the location and the apartment space which allowed us to spread out. There’s also a beautiful veranda that we couldn’t enjoy since we came in too late. One more thing that needs to be understood is that even though there is an elevator in the building it doesn’t come all the way up to the unit. There are 14 steps after the elevator.ñ to the apartment door. Beautiful and as shown in pictures. We will stay here again!

The accommodation has good quality and is very clean. The host is very friendly. I'll stay in her place again for a future visiting Athen.

L’appartement d’Anca a répondu à nos attentes et était conforme à la description et aux photos ! Tout était très propre ! L’emplacement est parfait et bien desservi par les transports. Pour notre part, nous avons quasiment tout fait à pied ! Merci à Anca pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !! Petit bémol pour le bruit, car des travaux étaient en cours dans l’appartement à côté du nôtre.

Suite à l'annulation de nos vols de dernière minute (cause grève des contrôleurs aériens), nous avons dû trouver un logement en urgence pour 2 nuits supplémentaires, Christina a accepté de suite notre demande d'hébergement et notre arrivée dans la matinée. Je ne remercierai jamais cette personne qui a su faire tant de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Le logement correspondait bien à la description. Nous avons hyper bien dormi et surtout, nous avons pu nettoyer notre linge (qui a mis 48h à sécher. c'était drôle 😂). Logement bien placé dans le centre d'Athenes! un immense merci à cette hôte vraiment ! Nous n'hésiterons pas à prendre ce logement si nous revenons à Athènes. Cette personne mérite plus que 5 étoiles! Désolé notre avis a tardé. ^^.

Great place to stay near Acropolis to explore all the fun restaurants and bars in the Plaka and Monastiraki area.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Ma Maison are amazing and super friendly hosts, making us feel at home and providing everything we needed and more! The apartment is beautiful, sparkling clean, with gorgeous views of the city, and equiped with literally everything you can think of. The heated pool on the rooftop was spectacular during the day and even better at night. I really can’t recommend enough. Located literally a short walk from the metro station, you also have access to a range of cafes and restaurants nearby. Thank you Yannis for an amazing experience, We shall be back again!

A basic room with a small fridge and a decent desktop. Comfortable bed, EXCELLENT VIEW of a huge portion of the skyline of Athens. It's not the Hilton, but a really nice spot in a great section of Central Athens. Also, quiet, safe, and some good amenities around.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, alles, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt nötig ist, ist vorhanden. Das Highlight ist die Terasse. Effrossyni und ihre Mutter sind überaus freundlich.

This is the 2nd time we've reserved Eleni's place. Apartment is clean upon arrival and looks just like the photos. Eleni does an outstanding job of keeping in contact and communicating. She is a wonderful host!

J'ai passé une vingtaine de jours dans ce logement, la vue est très sympa, les couchers de soleil agréables, on ne s'en lasse pas. Appartement propre et fonctionnel, rien à dire, nickel ! Afrodite est très sympa, toujours présente quand j'ai eu besoin d'elle, de bons conseils sur les événements. Le quartier est paisible, un Lidl à deux pas. Plusieurs lignes de bus, dont la 608 qui est proche et mène au centre-ville sans effort. Je recommande !

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen, grünen Gegend. Die Dachterrasse ist wundervoll. Der Kontakt zu dem Host war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.
