The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

The local park is just a short drive away on winding residential streets, or you can sit and enjoy the sunset over the expansive back yard of the property from the back porch.

A nice place to relax. Separate entrance, whole upstairs to yourself, no sharing spaces. Very private, comfortable and affordable. Your very own private deck. Large bedroom with large bathroom. Better than a hotel room or private room, with upgraded amenties: full size microwave, spacious fridge, coffee/tea maker, full size trashcan, separate heat and air, nice samsung tv, block out blinds and desk. Security cameras, advanced entry locks, well lit inside and out. All sorts of extras.

Always responded in a timely manner, friendly and helpful. Loved the area, great quiet family place if you have little ones! If you’re trying to get away from a loud busy life but still want something to do or entertainment, this is definitely the place. Great accommodations with 10 people, and it worked out perfectly. Loved the backyard to play cornhole, kubbspiel and hang out. There for a graduation and plenty of space and areas for everyone to disperse and enjoy! THANK YOU!
