Great experience all around. Very nice house. Very clean. Great view of the lake and surrounding area. The host had great communication as well. Community pool was very nice.

Captain's Quarters was a great place for a peaceful weekend retreat. The house was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Our favorite part was the screened porch overlooking the lake - what a view and a great place to relax. Caitlin was very responsive and proactive in providing instructions and ideas for things to do locally. I highly recommend Captain's Quarters.

We decided to treat my son to a graduation trip and had an awesome time this week at this beautiful lake house! We wanted to stay on Center Hill Lake because my son and his friends love to kayak, fish and enjoy the boats at the marina. They were able to do all three. The pool table, ping-pong table and hot tub were a big plus. The basement/game room area was perfect for a group of kids because the door to the main floor separates them from the rest of the house so they can have fun and not worry about being too loud. The garage doors were so fun and allowed for fresh air each day while they played pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable which is a big plus for me. The views are amazing and the community is peaceful and quiet. The pool was perfect and the grill was just what we needed for burgers and steaks. Aaron was a great host! Super helpful and quick to respond. Book a trip soon! You will love it!

WONDERFUL home to spend our family vacation! So spacious, so many extra amenities and conveniences (phone chargers, sunscreen, plenty of bath and pool towels, fully stocked kitchen, firepit supplies, pool toys, cozy soft blankets at every turn, etc), incredibly comfortable beds and furniture, AMAZING pool and hot tub with the best view, gorgeous decor, fun garage full of games and activities and such a kind and responsive host! Grab some of the stocked towels and head to Hidden Harbor Marina and spend a day on the lake (we felt like the only ones out there, so secluded and no boat traffic!), take some of the yard chairs supplied in the garage and check out the local drive-in movies, or stay in and enjoying all the amenities of the home! We made so many family memories in this home and did NOT want to leave!

We had an issue with the lockbox, but Tracey was very helpful and responsive even so late in the evening. The house is beautiful.

We were absolutely blown away by the cleanliness of the home, all of the extra supplies included and the jacuzzi, swim spa and kayaks! We didn’t have to leave the home at all (although did venture to Cookeville several times). Most of the memories were made without having to leave the property. The boat launch right across the street made kayaking very easy. A great place for families as something for everyone to do. The correspondence with the hosts was quick and they were very helpful and super friendly. We 100% recommend this place!

Fantastic home, fantastic hosts, fantastic location. Everything about this place is what you could hope for when traveling. Darcy provided snacks, fresh farm raised eggs, and fresh sourdough bread. I’m a hiker and this place was centrally located for multiple amazing waterfall hikes. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Darcy was very proactive And provided so much helpful information. Her guidebook is something every host should provide. It made it very simple for me to plan my days. This place is private and peaceful and the hot tub is amazing too. It’s also a 90 minute drive to Nashville, Knoxville or Chattanooga. Highly recommend and can’t wait to make my next visit. This home is beautiful! The sun porch is an amazing place to relax or have your morning coffee while enjoying the view of the river. The master bedroom is amazing, the little coffee bar was adorable. The patio by the river is lovely as well, very beautiful view. The walkway was very convenient. We also enjoyed the covered porch with hammocks and chairs, we sat out there a couple evenings and the quiet and a small breeze made it just perfect. The neighborhood was also quiet and peaceful. The location is convenient to several hiking trails and waterfalls. There are also some good restaurants nearby.

Listing was exactly as described. We were very comfortable here and enjoyed the serenity the location provided. It was clean with thoughtful details throughout. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Very nice, pretty new small cabin in the woods. We appreciated the setting and the repurposed real wood, and the suggestions for restaurants. The instructions were clear and simple. The goats as neighbors was a plus.

This Vacation home is wonderful. It's private and welcoming. The home is well appointed and the kitchen has everything you would need if you choose to cook. We loved the kayaks and the ability to explore on the river and fish. Our hosts were readily available IF needed and extremely communicative. They gave us great ideas about where we could go hiking. We enjoyed Brothers Tavern for a nice dinner. We also enjoyed Frank's for delicious sandwiches and smash burgers. We appreciate the opportunity to stay and look forward to coming back.

We had a lovely time at the cottage.  It was clean, and stocked from the bathroom to the kitchen.  The open floor plan was comfortable and beautifully decorated.  The host was communicative, flexible, and kind.  Our family enjoyed the hot tub, swimming in the lake, and great fishing off of the dock.   When we wanted to venture out, we had amazing bbq at Collin’s River Cafe, enjoyed ice cream and a Weenie Panini at Rock Island Trolley Stop, and took a pontoon boat tour of the most beautiful waterfalls!  A perfect getaway, we hope to return to soon!

Perfect place to decompress and disconnect. The porch is the best part. Went for a girls weekend and had so much fun sitting outside and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again! Not too far from stores but far enough where you feel a bit isolated, which is exactly what we wanted. Paul is great and we loved his cute cozy cabin!

The Dock house was so cute, cozy, quiet, and close to everything we needed. The furniture was comfy, the porch was relaxing, and we had everything we possibly needed for cooking meals or relaxing. Great recommendations on dinner options, and so convenient to Burgess Falls. Amy was great. She left perfect instructions, and checked in to see how we were. Our weekend away was the perfect getaway.

From the moment we arrived, Amy's Artist's Retreat felt like a home away from home. Her artistic touches were everywhere, but especially in the kitchen and bathroom which both featured her beautiful handmade tiles. We like to cook, and the kitchen was large and easy to navigate. The beds were super comfy with lots of nice pillows and soft sheets. The house location looks at first like it's a bit off the beaten path, but we actually realized that it was very convenient to many of the lake places we wanted to visit. She was helpful in recommending some great hidden treasures, too. We especially enjoyed the Appalachian Craft Center nearby, lake boating, and swimming. The back porch is a relaxing hangout offering more artistic touches and an incredible view of the night sky filled with stars and lightening bugs. We plan to visit again for sure. I am a regular AirBNB guest and would rate Amy in the top 5 friendliest and most helpful hosts of all time!

Awesome place over looking CHL. We were here for my daughters wedding at Chestnut Falls. It's location was everything I needed with it being 5 miles away. The accommodations for multifamily/ friends was perfect!!! Thank you for everything!

This home was cute as a button and exactly what we needed for the weekend stay we had. Country and private feel yet close to town. They only complaint from myself and my family was the water temperature not being hot enough for our liking. Thanks for the peaceful stay during a hectic weekend.
