Family-friendly vacation rentals in Center Hill Lake

Tuscany Inn is really lovely and well-thought out. If something isn't provided your hosts will find a way to get it to you. Communication was wonderful even before we got there. The rooms/cabins (we rented the combo) were absolutely perfect for us and our daughter. Esther's food is REALLY good. The hot tubs were clean. There were plenty of towels. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if only to hang with the hosts. The only negatives as at were: (1) the walking "trail" on the property wasn't mowed and the grass was so high I abandoned trying. We never took our dog there because it was just too overgrown. (2) Be aware that the owners have two dogs who are incredibly sweet to people but not necessarily to other animals. When we took our dog out, we'd round theirs up and put them inside - not a hardship but something to be aware of as the dogs would come to the fence of our cabin and one would growl at our dog. Just something to think about if you're bringing your own pet.

Very nice place to stay and lots of room! Very responsive when we had a small issue and was fixed within a hour!

What a lovely little farm house! The house was clean and nicely decorated. The grounds were beautiful. We were only there overnight and didn't get to explore much, but we loved what we saw. Nice side porch to sit on. The birdfeeder in the kitchen was a fan favorite!! Thank you for a place to lay our heads for the night!

Great condo with everything you need! Incredibly clean and well appointed. For my family, the proximity to the lake was key in our selection... made it easy to spend every day on the water. Lara was very easy to work with and I would definitely return to this condo in the future!

This place was perfect for a leadership retreat. It offered great accommodations in a peaceful setting. This was our second time to stay here and we were not disappointed. FYI…we drove 12 minutes to Chestnut Oaks Farm Table & Restaurant for a great meal one night.

The house was very cozy and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Quick drive to downtown Cookeville. We wish we could have stayed longer. Anna was a great host.

We really enjoyed this place. We stayed at one of the smaller houses in the past. The extra room, King bed and a comfy sofa were great. Enjoyed breakfast on the screened porch. Great to get away from the city.

If your looking for a place to unwind from life, this home is where you need to stay! It has all the amenities that you will need and is close to several attractions when you want to play! Being in the area to visit with family it met all our expectations! But the best feature is the covered porch with a swing - you really won’t want to leave!

We stayed for 4 months during the winter and really enjoyed our time at the cottage. We were looking for a peaceful & quiet getaway in nature and that’s exactly what we got. It was so comfy and relaxing. We loved having our morning coffee in the sunroom over looking the lake. Kitchen is well equipped, wifi was super fast, lots of TV channels. There’s no cell service, but with the fast wifi you didn’t really need it. We were sad to leave! Would definitely come back, and absolutely recommend Melissa’s place for anyone who wants a peaceful escape.

Debi’s place was perfect. It’s peaceful and beautiful. It had the best equipped kitchen I’ve seen yet in an Air BNB. The welcome was warm. We hope to return many times for a restorative getaway.

Very secluded, but I felt very safe being on the back side of their property. Dan and his wife both showed me out to the cabin which was situated right in the middle of the most beautiful area of wilderness! I was making a last minute stop, driving with my dog from Houston up to New York and I didn't want my dog to have to deal with a hotel room. This was the perfect solution. Quiet and comfy. It is very dark, so if you plan on arriving after sundown be sure to bring a flashlight! They do have some string lights but I had to use to my phone to navigate the bathroom. Great find!

What a wonderful place to spend time with family! The kitchen and dining room and especially the porch made for wonderful gathering places. Bill was responsive when I had any questions. The housekeeper and her husband were very welcoming and kind! The yard is beautiful. We enjoyed walking the property and playing bocce ball. We selected this property because it was near River Pointe Ranch where my daughter was getting married. It was the perfect place for the whole family to stay.

Absolutely beautiful spot to get away. Very quite and serene. Lovely view and lovely deck! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The house was amazing. The views were stunning. My daughter and I took my granddaughter for her prom with her boyfriend and the view is the reason why I chose this, but it was wonderful literally breathtaking views they got great pictures for their prom. My daughter and I went into Crossville and ate dinner at a restaurant that was suggested by the host and it was wonderful so peaceful and quiet. My daughter and her husband are planning on going back just for a getaway for the weekend. I would really love to see it in the fall .It has everything that you could need to stay for a week or two, but I loved sitting on the deck, looking over at the mountains .. thank you for letting us visit your wonderful home with amazing views..can’t wait to come back

We LOVED Crystal & Resa’s space!! The pictures truly do not do it justice. We stayed here for our wedding and my bridal party got glammed up at the extra large table and everyone still had plenty of space to relax and get ready all around. They were so quick to reply with any questions once we arrived and the folks at their shop were also super kind and helpful when we had a couple last minute things delivered there! Highly recommend!

Great location, perfect for hosting a few friends for dinner and some rounds of corn-hole!

We had a great stay at the Lakehouse! The home was clean, organized and obtained all the essentials. Would love to visit again soon!

James was a wonderful host. He provided up-to-date information regarding his place and even the area weather forecast. He was very responsive and proactive to every need related to our stay. His place is well furnished and possibly in the best location for all activities available in Historic Granville. We hope to visit again soon and highly recommend James and his place.

We love this little house. So quaint. Always clean and well stocked for all your needs. Randall is always helpful and full of information for the area. Great stay.
