Place just like the photos and with all the amenities named, the condominium is very nice with access to the beach and the pools are giant

The Rental was just as they described very clean and organized no clutter. the instructions were easy to understand. There was a person stationed at the entrance at all times and I felt safe. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and look forward to booking our vacation for next year. This is our 2nd year staying at this complex. The air-conditioning was great after walking around all day. It was nice to come back to a cool room were we decided what the temperature would be. Our stay was wondering.

The property itself was absolutely immaculate — beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that elevated our stay. The serene and stylish decor provided the perfect retreat after days spent exploring. The location was fantastic, offering convenient access to all the attractions we wanted to visit, while still providing a peaceful and relaxing environment to unwind. Staying at Irma and Danella’s place truly enhanced our time in Mexico, making an already great trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for more gracious hosts or a more wonderful place to stay. staying at this place was a pleasure. the communication, quality of the flat, proximity to the beach, restaurants etc. Christopher and team were very responsive the whole time and facilitated guides, manuals, videos etc with everything that was needed to make your life easier. We just had to enjoy our vacation. we will be back!!

Had the best stay in my Mexico travel history. Have to go through 2 seperate secure checkpoints to get access to this neighborhood inside the neighborhood. All the homes are brand new. Positives: safe, had 2 small minor issues that were immediately fixed- they weren’t the owners fault just a drain was clogged and immediately fixed and then new toilet needed a fix and was done with ease. Cons: was so new that it’s difficult to find without coordinates but it’s far worth it. I don’t think there were any cons honestly. They don’t let randoms and strangers in unless you set up and approve it. It’s extremely safe and far better than resorts and hotels overall: Will probably do annual trips and group vacations here from now on. Our family of six - including a 5, 12, and 15 year old - had a wonderful time here. There was plenty of space for all of us and accommodations were clean and comfortable. We loved having a wading pool outside our patio for our little one to play in. The pool area in the courtyard was huge and was never crowded. Plenty of umbrellas and lounge chairs available. The two restaurants on site were convenient and great tasting entrees for adults and kids. This place is a bit removed from downtown. It cost $600 pesos for a taxi to seat six people - make sure to bring pesos. If you pay with USD - price was $42 (even though exchange rate is $30). The resort is quiet and we felt very safe within it. We would absolutely stay here again. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We highly recommend!!

We stayed 9 days in this superb apartment that we highly recommend. Very nice location close to restaurants and the beach. Very quiet which is a big advantage at Playa del Carmen. Remarkable apartment, very spacious, very nice with beautiful terrace sea view. Thank you. We had a pleasant stay.
