The Rental was just as they described very clean and organized no clutter. the instructions were easy to understand. There was a person stationed at the entrance at all times and I felt safe. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and look forward to booking our vacation for next year. This is our 2nd year staying at this complex. The air-conditioning was great after walking around all day. It was nice to come back to a cool room were we decided what the temperature would be. Our stay was wondering.

I was new to booking an Airbnb and didn’t understand a few things. I wasn’t happy with Airbnb’s initial resolve however, John and Valerie were very understanding and quickly worked with me through the process to a happy conclusion. The Condo was very spacious, close to the airport and close to town. It’s located north of town which is always more peaceful and away from the cruise ship crowds. Yet close enough for a quick cab ride or bicycle if you have one. The view from the outside porch is spectacular and you get to wake up to that same few from the master bedroom windows. We’ve been to Cozumel annually for the last 30 years. This was one of our best trips ever.

Had the best stay in my Mexico travel history. Have to go through 2 seperate secure checkpoints to get access to this neighborhood inside the neighborhood. All the homes are brand new. Positives: safe, had 2 small minor issues that were immediately fixed- they weren’t the owners fault just a drain was clogged and immediately fixed and then new toilet needed a fix and was done with ease. Cons: was so new that it’s difficult to find without coordinates but it’s far worth it. I don’t think there were any cons honestly. They don’t let randoms and strangers in unless you set up and approve it. It’s extremely safe and far better than resorts and hotels overall: Will probably do annual trips and group vacations here from now on. Villa conforme aux photos. Logement bien équipé, ménage 3 fois par semaine. Très belle piscine, le luxe d'avoir une plage avec bain de soleil personnel et plage très peu fréquenté. Très bon accueil de Alberto et Damian. Succulent repas proposé par le chef Beto. Lieu calme, très bien situé pour visiter la Riviera Maya. En bref, un séjour de rêve. Merci pour tout, nous sommes enchantés de nos vacances

We have stayed in Half Moon Bay before but this was our first time at Playa Blanco. This condo is well furnished, perfectly situated in the bay, and has the best views. From here, we could easily walk to La Buena Vida for drinks and dinner and to the Jungle Cafe for breakfast. The beach is perfect here and this unit is well managed. The host sent us access to a digital welcome book prior to our arrival and it was easy to find and check in. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We will absolutely come back and stay here again.

Glenn was so helpful in many way during our stay. He made us feel like we were at home. He had great recommendations for food and activities. He really made it feel like he was glad to have us staying! I’ll absolutely visit again.
