Staying at Luis's was a pleasure, the apartment was comfortable and clean. Comfortable bedding, with utmost comfort. The location was well located for visiting the city of Braga on foot. From arrival at Luis place I felt at home and in the company of a wonderful host. Luis contacted me daily to make sure everything was OK and provided recommendations for activities and places to visit. I enjoyed the pedestrian zone, the parks, the bookstore the riverside and churches all on waking distance from the apartment. I was pleased to meet his daughter Teresa who make me feel more like part of a family. I will always remember Luis kindness and charm. Thanks also for helping me get a taxi for my early ride to the airport. I will definitely book your beautiful place again on my next trip to Porto.

The house was amazing, we loved the garden. The bed was also very good.

A beautiful apartment, the photos don't do it justice. Good facilities, Francisco was helpful and responsive. Perfect for our family group. The area is relaxed with a great beach easily walkable and brilliant seafood restaurants just around the corner.

An outstanding Airbnb in a beautiful location. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of several different places to sit in the garden and enjoy the spectacular views of the Douro valley. But it's the hosts that make this place so special. Casimiro and his son Manuel represent what Airbnb is all about; they personally welcomed us, offering lots of recommendations for places to visit and local restaurants, but were never intrusive. Casimiro's wife had prepared a tray of 'entradas' - a Portuguese starter of cured meats, cheeses, bread and olives - plus a bottle of local wine. A couple of days later Casimiro appeared with an huge bowl of cherries from their own orchard. This Airbnb wasn't just somewhere to stay for a few nights, but an experience to be treasured.

I stayed at Miguel’s flat for 5 nights and it was fantastic. It is in a convenient location. Very quiet but also close to the historic centre (20 minute walk downhill). The amenities were excellent and if you want to eat in there is a supermarket less than 5 minutes away with everything provided. Miguel was super helpful as a host and gave us great recommendations for the local area as well as for Porto as a whole. Every room was spacious and the showering facilities were excellent. I would highly recommend staying here if you are going to Porto!

Really nice place to stay

Great apartment 1 minute walk to the train station and a major bus stop. Ana is a great host and has a great place for a beer and to meet new friends along the way. Had hostel vibes with the amount of *optional* interaction we had with some locals and friends of Ana’s without having to share a bathroom or anything else with anyone else. We would definitely book Ana’s place again if we ever make it back to Porto.

I will highly recommend it! Mariana's parents are infinitely kind. They don't know what to do to make you enjoy. I have nothing more to say than encourage you to stay with them and visit this beautiful region of Portugal

We loved the stay at Virginie's place I had never seen such an equipped home, we had everything we needed. The pool is wonderful and demure, it was so good to take the small walks from Virginie's house to the pool (which is in your in-laws' house, despite being completely private for us). Although the space is fabulous and Virginie and Paulo are very nice, we loved his in-laws, Paulo's parents, they are super dear and considerate, we just had the possibility to see Paulo on the last day, but we were often with his parents who made us feel at home. We had a small issue with the television antenna, we talked to Paulo's father who promptly went to the house and with the help of a neighbor resolved the issue. If I repeat? Yes, yes and yes! If you like the countryside air, without confusion, extremely friendly people and don't mind having little internet network, I guarantee you'll love it :D

Great host, fast response. The house is located at the historic center with restaurants and shops close by. Right in front of Casa das artes.

We had a lovely stay at this place. As there were 11 of us, we rented both houses and it was very nice to have the place and the pool just for us. The pool is surrounded by gates that can be locked, which can be a safety feature for children. The view is exceptional and the village rather quiet. André and his mom are very responsive, they answered all of our questions.

The house is beautiful. You Will have everything you need. It is perfect for a getaway and just enjoying nature.

We had a great week exploring the North as well as relaxing by the lovely pool and walking through the amazing countryside. Charming house with a big kitchen /living space for family evenings. We loved the privacy of the house and garden whilst being close enough to the host to ask about the area and explore the farm. All in all a great stay.

This place was an intermission for us and it was perfect! The balcony was peaceful, the surrounding area was quiet compared to being in the heart of Porto which was nice. The bed was very comfortable and we could not be more thankful! Thank you. Walking distance from bus stop!

Rosario is a great host. The place is clean and well equipped. In addition, the location is great: very close to the beach and good restaurants. I only can recommend it. Will certainly return.

The apartment is lovely and spacious. Has everything you need. The town is lovely, and the people in it are very friendly. The highlights were the Irish pub right next door and the blue hut on the beach which had amazing live music. The beach was very quiet and peaceful. This was a great deal!

Hello André, Thank you for everything. The apartment is very good, it has a very spacious terrace, although the views are not very good, you can only see four rolls. Very nice touch to leave all the apps and games installed on the TV, they were a great help! Another detail to note are the good local buns and desserts, very tasty. On the other hand, there was no good night or day atmosphere, who am I kidding (well, some Darth Vader out there). Another thing to improve is the modernization of the front door. Overall, chilling, chilling in the milling.

Amazing host and base to explore nearby Porto! Luiz was extremely helpful with tips regarding restaurants, sites, and nearby day trips. He went out of his way to make sure we were finding everything useful in the city and for anything we needed in the apartment he was a quick call away. The apartment was clean and in a great location and the building has great amenities including parking, pool, gym squash, pool etc. Would definitely recommend if traveling to Porto!
