The villa, all in stone, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a multifunctional space - living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms are connected to the porch, where meals taste special. In front, we see Alvão and on the left the imposing Monte Farinha - Senhora da Graça. Outside, we have a saltwater pool, a support bathroom, a barbecue area and an oven. The place is very pleasant for those who favor the tranquility of the countryside and contact with nature.

In the midst of nature, the Kudos bungalow dazzles with contemporary lines and a privileged location just 1 km from the center of the village of Mondim de Basto and at the beginning of the ascent to the hill of Sr.ª da Graça. The Grandparents' House

Originally built in the 1920s, The Grandparents´ House is located on a beautiful slope in Arnoia, having been the home of the Pereira family for many years. Completely rebuilt in 2021, this space is intended to continue to be a home for family and friends to gather.
