The Fuji room where we stayed is very tastefully decorated and super clean. When we were there it was very hot, there is no air conditioning but fortunately there is a fan. Because the bed was a bit small for us and we were close together (which is not a problem under cooler conditions) it was still very warm at night. Furthermore, we really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful property and the restaurants nearby. It's lovely and quiet.

Accessible on foot from the train station (30 min), the accommodation is perfectly equipped and spacious. The proximity to a shopping mall allows you to complete access to shops. Nothing is missing, it's great.

Great welcome! Large house, beautiful interior space. Small downside, we had 4 children for whom everything was not perfectly safe. Maybe better with older children. The toilets are very high, even for adults. Thank you for the recommendations and your responsiveness.

A nice little village house, functional with a very nice decor around the bike. We really enjoyed staying at Sébastien's. The welcome guide contains the essentials, with good things to discover. I highly recommend it.

What can I say, a few nice touches: fruit basket, milk, coffee, juice, brioches... A place of beauty! Furnished with a lot of taste and a great level of equipment, we were fully satisfied or even more. We recommend this cottage, we were seven adults and the conditions were beyond our expectations. Comfortable accommodation for a stay of 6 people. Steeven was responsive when we had to ask him to bring us the missing linens for two of the people. The accommodation is well located for getting to the Futuroscope (about 15 min by car). I would highly recommend it.

Very nice apartment with all the amenities available. Sheets and towels are provided, the neighborhood is very quiet, it is not noisy although it overlooks a busy street. It is very well located, 10 minutes walk to the pedestrian center of Poitiers and 20 minutes by car to Futuroscope. There is one parking space included close to the property. Instructions for retrieving keys are sent to you within the day. The owners are very responsive. We would recommend this property if you want to stay in Poitiers or visit the surroundings

I really have nothing to complain about the accommodation, everything is perfect, freshly renovated and very very well-equipped. A lot of care and attention has been paid to renovation, furnishings, and decor. Well done, the result is impressive! The "small studio" concept in a house allows you to enjoy quiet moments in complete autonomy and privacy in your room, but also to share other moments with other hosts in the common areas, around a small cafe, like at home! Guillaume is very responsive, welcoming, available and attentive. A real hospitality pro! I have never been more well received in an AirBnB and I will be back without hesitation with great pleasure! Go for it too, you won't be disappointed!
