This was a very nice place, in a quiet neighborhood, and well located for going to Disney parks and Universal. The pool was a great bonus!!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place. House is very cute and clean! Super awesome it has alarms on the doors that leads to the pool. Safety for the kiddos is always good even though mine are of age and swim well wish a lot more would have that. Will be back I’m sure!

My family and I have a wonderful time at this place. All updated appliances, very clean, everything was just as we expected if not better! If I had a question she would reply in minutes! I would recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed. I hope she has an opening for when we come back in a couple months, beautiful place!

Everything was great. We came down to see our granddaughters on spring break. Usually don’t want to swim,this time they did. Wish I would have spent the money to heat the pool. They enjoyed playing pool and wanted to play air hockey but no puck but amazon took care of that. The master on one end and other bedrooms on the opposite end was a big plus for we got up earlier so we didn’t wake them. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back next year.

This was our 3rd straight year staying in this beautiful house. The pictures are exactly what you'll find in the house. Movie room was great as always. House was very clean when we checked in. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Location is great as it is right next to the club house. Highly recommend staying here!

This place is awesome and perfect for multiple families. So much comfortable space that is clean! The week was very relaxing and we appreciated all the holiday decor and furniture. We would not hesitate to return to this property. As other reviews pointed out supplies (paper products, toilet trees, detergents, garbage bags) are limited so be prepared to purchase or pack your own.

This Airbnb was a lovely escape from all the hustle and bustle of the parks and the general busyness of the central areas and roads of Orlando. Check in was very easy and Michael is a very attentive host. From before we arrived to even after we left, Michael is on hand to answer any questions or queries. An excellent host. It’s a great, large sized property. The Airbnb had a beautiful master bedroom, and all other rooms were large and very well sized.  All the beds / pillows / linen were very very comfortable in every room. We had two families with children and the bunk bed room was perfect and fun for the younger ones. This place is split into two buildings (main house and out house) but directly opposite each other and this was great for our older boys as they had their own space with the fully equipped games room and big screen. The kitchen had all the amenities you would want and expect and the appliances were easy to use. The small pool / hot tub outside was a good size to relax o

This is our second time staying at a townhome in Margaritaville and will come back again. This home is located close to the parks, clean, and accommodated our family of eight with plenty of room. Target is right around the corner and we had groceries delivered from Publix shortly after our arrival. Daniel quickly answered any questions and made sure we had a highchair for our smallest guest. I highly recommend this home!

We had an amazing month-long stay at Luis' home! The neighborhood is fantastic— well away from the busy traffic on Hwy 27, making it a peaceful retreat. The house itself is spotless, with a modern kitchen that easily allowed us to prepare family meals. We especially loved the dedicated ping pong area, which added a fun touch to our stay. But the true highlight was the serene lanai, complete with running water—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long workday. Luis was an outstanding host, always available whenever we had a question. He even facilitated a router replacement for the internet, which we truly appreciated. His attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this home for a family vacation, and we will be staying here again!

Great house and host was very friendly with clear instructions on check in and check out. Pool was clean and well maintained.

This is the second time I've stayed at Mrs. Judy's and both times have been wonderful. I can't say enough good things about the house or our hosts. I plan on staying here every time I'm in the area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Kissimmee Orlando area. Plus you can't beat hosts like Mrs Judy and Mr Harlan.

Everything was great! We had a few glitches, but the host was very quick to sort them out. The only thing I think the host needs to change is the heating of the pool, sometimes when we were late getting back from the city, we wanted to get into the jacuzzi after 9 p.m., because the heating of the pool was from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

my entire family was happen with the location and how cleanednit was. I will happily come back and rent their property. my family and I are loyal customers.
