Loved staying here. The space is much nicer and more spacious than what you see in the photos, the truth is that they don't do it justice. Everything was spotlessly clean, with many amenities and supplies that you rarely find in other AirBnBs. It is a comfortable, cool place, with super comfortable beds and in a very quiet area, ideal for resting. In addition, it is centrally located and with an Oxxo around the corner, which is always appreciated. I would definitely go back without a thought.

The arrival was very easy, the house was very nice (more than what you see in the photos) and clean, the only thing was that the light was as intermittent (it didn't go completely but the intensity lowered). Mr. Rafael is very friendly and responsive. We were very pleased.

We were using Luis's house, a group of coworkers from the company. The house is very nice, large, as shown in the photos and description. Luis is a super host, always attentive to my requests and messages. The truth is, it was a great stay. Unfortunately, we couldn't take advantage of it so much, but it was definitely just what we expected. Thank you Luis

One of the best places I've stayed in the years I've used Airbnb, the place is clean, and comfortable, enough space, the garden area is very nice. Thorough bathroom cleaning, and they leave you personal hygiene products, in case you don't bring yours. The use of the washing machine was what saved me, (I arrived in QRO for a family emergency after a work trip), and I no longer had clean clothes. You can use the kitchen, which also helped me a lot. The neighborhood is super quiet, there is a park 2 minutes away on foot, and an Oxxo 8-10 minutes away. The building is a duplex, so you just have to take into account that from time to time you will hear the footsteps of the neighbors above, but it is almost imperceptible and not constant. Communication with Imelda is a 10 out of 10, very clear instructions, almost immediate attention, patient and understanding. I definitely felt at home, and if I need to come back, I would choose Imelda's place again.

A very good place to rest, it has everything you need so you don't have to go out, and there are shopping malls quite close to buy groceries. The pool is located a few steps away. Gerardo treated us very well, he was always attentive and gave us all the directions to get there without problems, we spent a few pleasant days with our dogs. The only thing to improve is the issue of access to the subdivision, it can be a bit annoying, the apartment may need some maintenance touches but in general it has everything you need. We'll be back

The entire complex 10/10. Super enjoyable to spend the weekend with access to all the amenities without any problems. Really great place! The depa very well equipped as to be at home. Also communication was always prompt and enjoyable!

The house is great in all aspects, it has appliances and kitchen utensils at your disposal, the patio is a very comfortable rest area, the rooms are very comfortable, the beds too. All the appliances worked very well, the TV even had Netflix They left us towels and some cookies upon our arrival. We loved it, super recommended!

Everything was perfect, especially the kindness and willingness of the host to provide good service. Just a very respectful comment, I suggest that you put drinking water. In my case, my check-in was at night for work reasons, I forgot to buy water and when I arrived I looked for even a small bottle of water and at 1 am I knew that I was not going to find a place to buy it nearby. That's all. I know it's not the host's fault, it's just a suggestion. Everything else is excellent!
