We fell in love w/Sargent in 2020 & bought Salt Creek Retreat in 2022. After almost a year of renovations we are ready to share our family retreat. We love to get away & relax in this peaceful setting & love the people/atmosphere in Sargent. We know you will too!

Coastal Studio - Freeport, Tx

Fully furnished efficiency suite located 10 minutes from Surfside Beach and 5 minutes away from the industrial plants in Freeport. This studio apartment includes an updated shower, kitchen, tile flooring, high speed wifi and a smart tv with free YouTube tv. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee bar, dishes and basic cooking utensils. You will find our place to be a quite & clean place to stay whether you are in town for work or pleasure. We look forward to having you!

Fisherman's dream. A quiet place to relax and enjoy nature. This property is located on a canal directly across from McNeal's cut on the San Bernard River. Perfect for river or shallow water fishing, kayaking and bird watching. Less than a mile to intracostal canal and public boat ramp. Many native and migratory birds can be seen throughout the year and with the San Bernard Wildlife Refuge hosting their annual Migration Celebration it's perfect for bird watchers of all ages.

If you want to get away to the beach and avoid the crowds, come stay in our beautiful home on Sargent Beach just a 1hr30minute drive from Houston. Enjoy 360degree water views from our home , fishing from our amazing pier, and watching the tug boats, dolphin & plethora of birds pass through. What makes our property so unique is that you get to fish from our double level pier over the ICW or you can walk across the road and fish and play in the gulf (approximately 75 yards).
