We stayed at this beautiful home over Easter weekend. The weather didn’t cooperate but we enjoyed having Easter dinner with our family while visiting our son at Wartburg. The home was cozy and spacious for having dinner, playing cards and making lots of memories. We look forward to staying again.

Artistic, luxury two-bedroom PENTHOUSE!

I went here for a personal retreat. This setting is ideal for that!! This 1200 or so square foot home away from home feels larger. The open floor plan enlarges that area, full of character, and well displayed, calm artwork. Meanwhile, the two bedrooms, nicely (one with office area) feel private and separate. The 3 seasons area was very airtight, shielding from the very windy and rainy days, that, with an added sweatshirt, became a welcoming get away for many parts of my retreat!! The times of warm sunshine (April) meant getting out on the deck was another space I got to use as well! I missed being able to use the fireplace as it was not working. While lots of luxury here, the kitchen pans, cups and silverware/utensils are lacking by far, and dirty. Stained white towels in kitchen towel drawer. Hope they update those things. Note: 8 more steps inside. The layout is so wonderful, I would recreate it for a new small build, ground level! This is worth booking for sure!

We were looking for a small town atmosphere and we found it. Lots to do within walking distance. Friendly and welcoming community. The Pour house and Bremer's brewery was awesome. The Loft itself was clean, organized and very comfortable. Highly recommended. -Dan & Jennifer Erickson

We had a great time at Dewayne’s place! We really enjoyed the peace and quiet at night. I ran several mornings through the nearby neighborhoods and once by the Cedar river; very tranquil. This residence was pretty close to coffee shops, restaurants and shops on Main Street which were fun to visit. We had a very relaxing stay!

This was my first time visiting Iowa. The visit was on a sad occasion. Jamie's place was so beautiful and peaceful. So much so that my fiancee and are planning a happier occasion trip here solely because of Jamie's place. Great job don't change a thing.

The location was great for walking around downtown Cedar Falls. I can see where the night life may hinder getting to sleep if the downtown is busy with people. The unit was just as describe and it worked perfect for our visit to Cedar Falls. We would definitely stay here again.

I was just a simple guy on a motorcycle looking for place to lay my head and it was a blast. The location was close to everything and had lots of options to explore nearby. Alex was the perfect host and showed me the VIP alley access for my vehicle. I treated my cousin to the pizza restaurant and she was totally impressed with the food, the service, and the price. I can't wait to go back!

One of the best Air BnBs I’ve stayed at - everything was thought through from towel hooks in the bathroom, the washer/dryer area, and the furniture. Very spacious as well. For nearby spots, highly recommend: Fresh bread (pitas in particular) from EuroFresh Burger from Big Head Burgers The Cedar Valley Sportsplex for working out Ribs from Highway 63 Diner

This place was perfect for our long weekend to visit our son at Wartburg College. The atmosphere was beautiful, convenient and exactly as described. Timothy is a fabulous host, extremly accomidating and responded to anything we needed very quickly.

The condo is in a great location providing easy access to all local attractions. The condo itself is like new with appliances that are new making for enjoyable stay. Parking was convenient just steps away from the front door. It was very nice to stay in a place that we just like the description and pictures. We will certainly consider this property on future visits.

Absolutely loved this beautiful apartment. The location is ideal to explore the cedar falls downtown, you can literally walk everywhere. It’s beautiful inside, so clean and so lovely for enjoying time together. On weekends you can hear folks gathering and enjoying the night life (which is part of what we enjoyed) but for someone looking for complete silence, probably not the place for you. Entering and exiting was so easy with provided codes. Beds are very comfortable too. So much better than a typical hotel experience, we loved it! This is on our list of places to stay again, for a small girls weekend, it’s so perfect! A great experience.

First time in Cedar Falls. Great town. The house is close enough to walk to downtown and most places have outside seating so there’s plenty of places to bring your pup. Our dog loves it. Great yard for a dog!

New home minutes from UNI campus and downtown

This was a perfect place to stay! Quiet, close to town and lots of restaurants. Felt very safe! We were here for two family reunions and it was so nice to have lots of dishes to be able to make dishes to prepare for the reunions. Simon and Megan were very responsive to a few questions we had. We will definitely use this property again when we come back to visit.
