L'appartamento si trova al piano primo di un prestigioso condominio di Modena, a due passi dal centro storico, 5 minuti a piedi al teatro Storchi. L'appartamento (120mq) include 2 grandi camere da letto (con due letti ciascuna), due bagni indipendenti, una cucina abitabile, sala da pranzo e un grande soggiorno. Compreso di finestre vista parco con balcone al patio interno. Permettiamo anche di utilizzare il garage interno, che si trova nel sottosuolo del edificio, per una macchina mediana.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto.
