The perfect base for exploring historic towns, local delights, & serene countryside. Access is via an external staircase and the property is therefore unsuitable for guests with limited mobility.

You will be delighted by the beautiful castle and stunning landscaped grounds that surround it .The area is very picturesque and full of charm and character. It's a great place to discover the real France and its culture.

Le Gîte du Bocage, niché dans un écrin de verdure, vous attend pour un repos bien mérité, ou comme point de départ de vos aventures (vélo, canoë...). Parfait pour une famille, nos enfants partageront avec joie leur coin de jeux dans les arbres (échelle, tyrolienne, balançoire), laissant la terrasse panoramique libre pour le BBQ des parents. Nos poules seront ravies de recevoir des caresses supplémentaires. Nous serons à votre disposition pour tout renseignement ou coup de main !

La maison d'Apolline

La maison d’Apolline est une petite demeure de charme située à Lassay les Châteaux, à 2 km du château de Lassay et à 15 km de Bagnoles de l'Orne Normandie (15 minutes en voiture). La maison est composée d'un rez de chaussée (entrée, mezzanine, salon, partie repas et cuisine) et d'un étage (chambre et salle de bains) entièrement équipés et proposant une connexion wifi gratuite. L'escalier métallique est central. La décoration est soignée. L'équipement est plutôt haut de gamme.

La Petite Maison is a beautiful rural two double bedroomed cottage, renovated to a high standard. Situated within a 200 year old farm, (now non working) overlooking the Mayenne valley and located in the region Pays de la Loire. This is an ideal base for those seeking walking or cycling holidays in wonderful countryside or as a base for day tripping to Mont St Michel and Normandy Beaches to the North or to the vineyards of Vouvray and Chateaux's of the Loire in the South.

Logement indépendant de 25m², au calme et à proximité de la voie verte empruntée par la Vélo Francette. Au Rdc : pièce de vie équipée d'un four, d'une gazinière, d'un réfrigérateur, cafetière à filtre, bouilloire. A l'étage : chambre avec un lit deux personnes, salle de bain atypique avec baignoire sabot, lavabo et WC. ( sèche cheveux) Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. Close to the small, but vibrant market town of Lassay Les Chateaux, a visit to the 14th C chateau, and local boulangeries is essential. With the Musee de Cidre on your doorstep, there is plenty to see and do.

Le gîte comprend une pièce de vie, une cuisine avec four, plaque vitrocéramique, lave-linge, réfrigérateur-freezer, bouilloire, machine à café, grille-pain, 1 salle de bain avec WC au RDC et deux grandes chambres en enfilade à l'étage. Le logement est équipé du Wifi et d'une télévision. A l'extérieur, vous trouverez du mobilier de jardin, un barbecue, un jacuzzi abrité. Le jardin est entièrement clôturé. Il est possible d'y stationner des voitures.

The property stands in a large courtyard with security of two other detached cottages . The cottage has been Newly decorated with french doors onto a private outdoor garden over looking open fields. The property is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute cycle to two villages both with all amenities, including delicious bakeries.
