Place is wonderful if you are looking for a place to stay without all the noises. Still gives the feel of staying in the country even with being off the highway. The place has absolutely everything you will ever need while staying. Coffee for our early morning solitude on the back porch to kids toys. The house is so cozy! Absolutely perfect for family. Family can watch movies that they provide but if it's a must to watch something and you have service you can always screen mirror your phone to the TV. Works wonders for family movie night. 15 mins give or take to do all the shopping you would like and tons of restaurants around. Highly recommend! I come back home every year around this time and will not be saying at a hotel ☺️

Lovely little loft in a great location. Feels private but downtown is still accessible. Ambience and design inside is great. Kitchen is surprisingly luxurious for a small space! It had everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely come back.

Was a great place for a couple weekend get away. Morning coffee was provided and the place felt like home before we even stepped inside. Place was super clean when we arrived and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this house as the place to stay if you’re coming to Hays!

Our stay here was just perfect for a retreat space for a small group of folks. Everyone slept well and the layout was prefect with ample shared bathrooms. The kitchen was a perfect hangout spot and allowed us to prep some meals in a great common space. I would definitely stay here again!

This house is so beautiful and spacious! It fit our family Thanksgiving perfectly! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook with! Couches and beds were very comfortable. Hosts were very responsive. Loved watching the sunset off the back deck. Hope to come back again!

Enjoyed my stay at this little house. Very comfortable. Only complaint was that all channels were streaming only and I have cable at home. Luckily someone else had left their You Tube TV account open so zi could use it to watch the news, will stay again if available and I’m in the area.
