Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Two‑room sea‑view apartment with a large terrace suitable for lunch and dinner. Behind the apartment the woods begin with trails for trekking and mountain biking. Five minutes’ walk from the beaches of Cavo, Frugoso and the hidden Cala delle Alghe. Very quiet location, with about ten private parking spaces (partly asphalt, partly gravel). Bed linen, pillowcases, towels, dish towels, etc. are not provided. The apartment is not new and shows the signs of its age, exactly as in the photos.

Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

In questi mesi si affitta, a Cavo, una villetta indipendente con tre camere, doppi servizi, e impianto di climatizzazione in tutte le stanze.

Casa Stellino 33 is in the heart of the historic center of Portoferraio, on one of the oldest streets of the Medici city that still preserves one of the last pink limestone pavements. A few steps from the Medici walls, Forte Stella and Villa dei Mulini.
