The property is a two-family villa consisting of two apartments with independent access arranged exclusively on the ground floor. La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer, you never get tired of sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... After a few days, you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

Grandma Anna's house is a large and bright apartment in the historic center of Porto Azzurro: from the windows you can see the sea. It has a terrace of about 60 meters, a large living room, two large bedrooms and a large kitchen. The light and energy of the sea and the marina permeate all the rooms. Il periodo adatto per sentirsi abitanti dell’isola e non turisti. In questi mesi si affitta, a Cavo, una villetta indipendente con tre camere, doppi servizi, e impianto di climatizzazione in tutte le stanze.

La Casa di Laura, Elba Island

On the Cavo waterfront, in a unique location, a newly built attic with exposed beams, extremely bright, with a large shaded terrace overlooking the sea; large outdoor spaces, a short walk from the town and the delightful marina. The beach in front is free, while a little further on there is a small beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, and nearby you can rent bikes, scooters, cars, and inflatable boats.

Vintage Casina - Rio Marina

The holiday apartment Casina vintage, which is situated in Rio, overlooks the nearby sea. The 86 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include ceiling fans in the living room and in the kitchen, a portable air conditioning unit, infrared panel heating, as well as a washing machine. This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.
