Loft vacation rentals in Cavite

Ms. Julie was very approachable and accommodated all our requests. Even the caretaker, Ms. Jheanne, was incredibly kind. The unit itself was beautiful—perfect for a family. The air conditioning was wonderfully cool, which is a big plus for me. The place was also very clean. We did encounter a small issue with a bit of water leakage in the downstairs room, but overall, we had a fantastic stay. The place had everything we needed and felt so cozy.

Just missing some items needed for stay, such as pillows and blankets nit enough for 8 people. No aircon on the loft and 2nd room, just 1 aircon for the master bedroom. We had to park outside the gate, note very secure and convenient for us, specially we need to go out once in a while to buy outside. But as for the place it is good and just enough for us, except for the bedtime. But still I gave a general rate 5 star. Thankful to the host.

The place is recommended for big groups. It is just a few-minute walk going to the beach. The place also has a balcony with the lagoon view where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The host also provides freebies such as 2 boxes of banana chips and 2 ref magnets. Overall it's a great experience staying here and will definintely go back in the future.

Our overall stay was excellent. Just one thing to improve on. 1. The location noted on the email sent was incorrect.

Very close to Nuvali shopping/dining district, place is homey, it has the 'home essentials' you would expect, place is clean and well-kept. Internet connectivity over pocket wi-fi provided is a bit of a let down, as it didn't gave us the internet speeds we are hoping for and connection keeps on dropping, so most of the time we need to switch to our mobile 4G connection to get online (not a deal breaker though, but a solid broadband connection would be sweet!). Overall, a great place to feel at home while away from home, 2 thumbs up!.

Met our expectations. Stayed here to do our remote work, and attend a wedding nearby. Host was very gracious to provide clear instructions. They also made sure we have enough clean drinking water while we are there. All of us enjoyed our stay, and definitely will book again in the future.

the host is easy to talk with and very accomodating. the place is kinda big for 3 person. the place has wifi and netflix, i feel safe staying there. it has 24 hours receptionist.Free parking (its parked just infront of the place) the only problem to me was the aircon was not that strong. but over all it was a good stay for me. thank you so much sir Rap, til next time :)

Very nice condo , with full equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with a shower , two tv sets plus PS 4 , easy excess , easy to book in and out . All in all very good accomodation worth of money paid for. We can recommend it to everybody who want to stay in Bacoor- Cavite.

Gilberto, co-host, met and greeted us during a very late night check-in at the Casita Benito. The place was clean, organized and free of clutter. It is as described. The air con is like new. Enjoyed watching K-drama on Netflix and news on YouTube on a smart TV. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of cabinets and shelves. Digital safe with backup keys available. We did not use the conduction cooktop because we dined out at the local restaurants. Refrigerator/freezer is immaculate. Hot and cold shower is a plus. Modern bathroom/toilet with bidet is a bit cramped but served the purpose. QR codes are on the frame hanged on the wall for services like airport drop off/pickup and day tours. The whole place is well kept and tidy. My wife and I enjoyed the comfort and safety of the area during our over two weeks stay at the Casita Benito located in Cavite City. The value is beyond fair and reasonable. We highly recommend staying in Casita Benito when you visit Cavite City.

My husband and I stayed at Casita Benito Loft B for 20 days. It is indeed a “home away from home.” From the first day of booking our reservation, our Superhost Jocelyn was prompt in replying at every inquiry I had about Loft B. We loved and enjoyed everyday of our stay in Casita Benito. Gilberto, our local host was very polite and accommodating to our needs. The place was very clean, the bedroom loft was spacious, the furniture, kitchen utensils complete, the amenities were wonderful. Overall, it is a beautiful vacation place to stay . Our requests were promptly, happily and easily handled. We definitely would stay in this place when we come back. I highly recommend it with a 5++ rating. Thank you Jocelyn, Ronaldo and Gilberto for providing excellent service and a fantastic place to stay.
