My family had a great stay with this unit. Everybody was comfortable with the place. Maam Dhey was very much helpful regarding our request about the guests. She also allowed us to extend during our check out and even invited my kids to the beach club. We will definitely book this place again once we decide to go back to Pico De Loro.

Gregs is a very helpful host. His place as described in the picture. The nature around the accomodations is amazing and the beach is beautiful. Lots of of water activities that you can book. We did not book any as we want to enjoy the sea side as much as we can and most of our company are young kids so island tour is not going to be fun for us. I would recommend greg for the authenticity of his place is like you turn the back the time when all the Philippines beach are not own privately by rich corp. Place is simple and clean. It cater what we need nothing fancy. We arrived late sl we had trouble getting to the place but Greg called us and guide is even with the really late check in. Would come back in future for sure.

The Host was very accomodating and friendly. For people who are new to Pico de Loro, this is a private membership resort. So all visitors(non-members) must pay extra an adult fee of 1500 pesos per head to enter the resort and use its facilities. Seniors and minors have lower fees. It would be helpful if you include a note or link to disclose these additional fees. For the total cost including those added fees, well you may as well be better off in another beach resort. It's a good place but just saying be prepared to spend.

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at this unit. The place was clean, had everything we needed — even drinking water which was a definite plus. WiFi was functional and shower has hot water. Located just a few minutes from the beach and country club so we never needed to take the shuttle. Everything went by smoothly. Will consider booking again for when we come back.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Marie’s place Villa Fernandez @ canyon cove nasugbu!! They exceeded our expectations - the hosts and their caretakers are very prompt, helpful & friendly. The Villa is beautiful & modern! We have an Amazing view of Canyon cove & its stunning beach! We especially loved the pool which is heated, very clean & just right deep for adults & kids alike!!! We loved the relaxing Jacuzzi with the scenic view of the sea which we really enjoyed. We were on the pool both day and night! The kitchen is complete with all the things you need to cook, fridge and table is big! They have a Billiards table & darts. There are 4 rooms - 3 on top/1 on the lower floor, 2 common toilets/2 attached. The rooms are clean big & have comfy bed with blankets/pillows! Airconditiong & water heaters work perfectly! Wifi is very fast! A big living room on 2f with karaoke & smart tv with hbo max! And the clean beach is just below which we really enjoyed our swim!!!🥰

The place is perfect and great for family gathering. It’s huge and cozy. My sister found this place and when she sent it to me, i fell in love right away and didnt hesitate to book. It’s worth the price you pay. I spent the holy week and my short vacation with close family members. Place is peaceful and amenities are complete. Fast wifi connection and rooms are spacious. What i also love about it, they allow pets. 🥰

We wish we could’ve extended our stay, but due to prior commitments, we had to head out. Super thankful to Ate who endorsed the room — she was so kind and accommodating! 💛 The price was reasonable, and we’re especially grateful for being allowed to check in early. We had a great stay overall! That dinner on the balcony? Easily the best moment — finally enjoying a meal together as a family after being so busy. 🥹✨ We’ll definitely be back — highly recommend this place! 🙌

Actually the main reason why I book this was because of the black curtain, it helped us sleep longer than usual, the smell of the entire place is also a plus, super homey, all you need is provided. Will book again soon! Thank you.

The place is very nice, spacious, well-maintained, as well as complete of appliances, supplies, and amenities. Very good for big group like us, since there were 2 rooms which were nice to separate the boys and the girls. The unit is near the guard house and just a few steps away from the parking, the pool, and the beach. I recommend this for those groups who want to go for an outing and to hangout with their friends or family while having a relaxing view of the sea. Also, Ms. Zeta, the owner was very kind and accommodating. She was very responsive to our queries and easy to deal with. Ms. Myrna and Mr. Renz, the caretakers were also very kind, accommodating, proactive, informative, and easy to deal with. I would like to thank each one of them for the fast and smooth transaction. Also, thank you so much for your kind welcome and assistance. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable one. Definitely, we will comeback again here soon.

We had a wonderful stay here , room were very clean and excellent place with all the kitchen utensils needed. The owner are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

It was our First Staycation this year and Ms. Lynne and Ate Liza were kind, so professional and they are responsive. Although the guards were super strict, which i find is good kasi alam nyong safe talaga kayo sa place. The Unit 11/10, My family complimented everything from bathroom to balcony, They/We literally enjoyed our Stay. I'll definitely book this place again.

My family enjoyed staying at this place but I would not advise to book on weekends. Overall, it was worth it.

Azure was few mins walk to shopping and SM grocery . SM opens at 10am. They let Uber/Grab car pick and drop you off at the building door. Guest need to be clear to the host if you plan to invite someone to swim or have dinner with you in the condo You need to register them and Azure require this ahead of time at the beginning of stay. Even if they arr staying only for few mins. We stayed here for 12 days and unable to invite impromptu for family bonding and had to do it in a restaurant. We used the unit then as a base during our vacation, traveling between provinces within Southern Tagalog Region. FYI Only 4 allowed to go up in a 1br condo IF guest is registered . Only 4 allowed to swim in the pool per room IF they are registered and u have to pay 250php each in excess of 2 for half-day. Currently 2 building constructions so bring your dust mask. Guest parking 50 for 1st 3 hr. Even just for 15mins. Overall, Ghems unit is nice, overlooking the beach-pool area and serves its purpose during our stay in the Phil for a very resonable price.

Hosts (Louie and Noel) were both quick to respond and very accommodating. The place was very clean and spacious enough for our family. We are definitely booking Louie's place on our next visit to Pico De Loro.

Great place and very responsive and friendly host. The caretaker, Ms Vicky, took good care of my stay and she was very prompt in answering my questions. She was also very responsible. Since I worked in the neighborhood, the location was great for me. Walking distance to work, plus a 5-minute walk to SM Bicutan (a big mall for all your needs). The host is also very generous - won't give details on what she offered me, but ask and you may receive. Perhaps one thing to say is that if you are a light sleeper, the place can be a little loud at times. The building is next to a busy express way. But, you get used to it. All the other perks compensated for that. Great experience and will definitely consider this place when I return.

The unit is spacious and had the amenities we needed. But it will be better if the curtains on the rooms are blackout because of the hot temperature especially noon time. Overall, it is a good place to stay. The host is very responsive.

Loved this place. Perfect location. Near the airport and next to the mall. Very convenient to what you need and extremely safe. Security everywhere and at your building. Love the wave pool and beach pool for my child and loved the view of it from the balcony where I had breakfast. Unit is very clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Hope to be back again.
