My family adored and loved him, and thought that he was a super host!! His hosting skills were second to none and he’s a real asset to your houses on Airbnb. The children enjoyed the hot spring pool. The house was very spacious and was kept in a very good standard. Overall, we were very happy with both the house and Abby. I will definitely be keeping in mind your properties in the future. A perfect place to spend time with family when you opt for a peaceful nature escape, plus a private lake to swim in right in the backyard of the villa. The surroundings are wide with serene views. We'll be back for sure, but it's much more convenient when the pool is also well-maintained and the beddings are fresh and neat.

The place is clean, and they have almost everything we need. The host is very responsive and accommodating, as is the caretaker, Ate Riza. We enjoyed our stay. However, I encountered a problem with Airbnb, they double charged me. I booked and then canceled right away because I needed to change my payment method. They deducted the fee from my husband's account, which I had registered in the app as one of my payment methods, but they did not return the money. Then I booked again and made a payment through GCash. Thanks to the host for helping me get in touch with Airbnb about this issue. I hope to get my money back soon. Thank you again TJM’s Resort!

This was our second time staying at one of Sir Oscar's places. The place was very serene and clean, and everything we needed was provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the pots and pans you'd need. The bathroom was clean and in perfect working condition. The living area had a big-screen TV with streaming services, an arcade machine, and even a full-sized massage chair. The pool was regularly cleaned. They even offered hikes to Laguna Bay (a 10 minute walk) and the mountainside. Best of all, the staff was very attentive and helpful. Ate Evelyn and Kuya Edmond, thank you very much po! Thank you again, Sir Oscar, for such a wonderful stay and for making our little girl's birthday extra special. Highly recommended! we'll definitely be back!

Great place for a group's get- together. The clean pool is a plus. Rooms are spacious and have enough space for everyone. We are a group of 10 adults & 4 kids, but the place is good for 40 adults. The only thing we want to recommend for improvement is the water pressure in the kitchen and bathrooms and adding eating utensils would be a plus. But overall, we had a great time at Ian's place. The caretakers, Marife and Aljer were of great help too! Thanks Ian for our great stay. We had fun!

A Peaceful Escape with the Perfect Pool We spent the weekend at this beautiful rental and it was exactly what we needed—a private, peaceful retreat away from the noise of everyday life. The highlight, without a doubt, was the pool. It was deep and huge and comes from a hot spring so we all enjoyed staying in the pool for hours! The property is incredibly private—no neighbors in sight, it was the kind of place where you could truly unplug and unwind. The interior was cozy and comfortable, but we honestly spent most of our time at the pool. The outdoor setup, with plenty of seating and a shaded area, made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. If you’re looking for a quiet, secluded spot with an amazing pool to recharge and relax, this place is a gem.

My family and I had a great time in this place! The whole area is more aesthetic in person than in the pictures. The view is breathtaking and the rooms are very comfy and spacious. The place is cozy and we had the most amazing time during our cousins' getaway! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The Host is responsive, very accommodating and is considerate when we communicate our requests. We thoroughly enjoyed it here. Plus, the water's temperature is superb! We will definitely be recommending it to others.

Worth the drive! Stayed here with friends and we had the best time. The hosts were super accommodating and even had flowers waiting for us when we arrived—such a sweet touch! We were 9 in the group, but the place felt really spacious, with so many spots to just chill and hang out. I also loved all the art pieces around the house. Perfect spot to unwind! We swam, kayaked (they’ve got life vests), and even enjoyed being offline for a bit (the Wi‑Fi was stable for anyone needing to catch up on work). 5/5, would totally go back! sir Vinz was very accommodation to our requests. he assisted my relative throughout our stay. The place was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. he also made sure that a senior citizen was well taken cared of. truly ,very hospitable. salamat po!

I know that there are so many choices if you want to stay around Cavinti. I actually don’t know how I managed to stick with talking to the owner, but it was totally worth it. The place was so beautiful and private. Tatang who assisted us was extremely kind and accommodating. I have no negative comments. As in! The price was totally worth it. Even the owner recommended some places to visit and things to do. If I go back to the Philippines, I would love to visit the place again. Some of my relatives have already asked me about it, and they want to go back immediately! We actually wanted to stay longer, but we have kids with classes and exams. Everything was awesome. I hope everyone can read my review. It was definitely great! Nature, Peaceful, Private, The place was all to ourselves! Recommended!

The place was very spacious and the location was great. I like that there's a lot of places to lounge around the property and activities to do at the property itself. Only thing i found lacking was the appliances and amenities were a bit dated but overall we had a great stay. The property was just as described.

We have been spending our holy week here for the past 3 yrs and each time, the house has something new. super enjoyed the bigger jacuzzi and liked the kitchen improvements too. Ate Gigi, as always, been very helpful to us. Thank you so much!!! Very relaxing vacation.

The place is nice and accurate as per pictures. They are great and accommodating. Going there, make sure you use google maps and follow the pin they placed in the picture.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in Princess' place. We love the pool so much because it's not that cold even at night. The caretakers are very helpful and there's no hassle finding the place. I think the only comment is , i hope they have microwave nxt time so guests can eat their food still warm. The place is 1hr far from Pililla Rizal so better to get all stuffs you needed before going to the resort like ice and some kitchen essentials for cooking. Such a lovely and thoughtfully prepared stay! The space is simple yet stylish, with hotel-quality bedsheets, fresh towels, complete toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen with IKEA glassware and silverware. The air conditioning was already on when I arrived—such a nice touch! Trash bins were plenty, making it easy to keep things clean, and each area had fire extinguishers and emergency lights, which added peace of mind. The BBQ area was also very nice and efficient. The garden was beautifully maintained, and having an on-site caretaker was a big plus. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again!

Very worth it! Honestly, we did not expect much since this just less than 2,000PHP but it's super okay! Very private, caretaker to guide you through the unit, and what I liked the most is the big Smart TV with a nice speaker!
