I have stayed in many places during my trips and this is one of my first time booking a room. I am absolutely pleased with the place. The minute I confirmed the reservation until my check out Sabrina was in contact to make sure everything was ok. The place was spotless clean for the room, balcony and toilet. She had a breakfast room for her guest and I really enjoyed having a nice cup of coffee in the morning. It really made my day. Thank you Sabrina! The place is exactly like the photos. Great privacy, quiet and no disturbance at all. Easy to find and get to with the detailed instructions given. Sabrina is a generous and honest person. When I arrived I was about to pay her for the tax but she told me it was included in the price. Some places charge you when you arrive. She offered to let me check out later because there was no booking that day. Which is a very kind gesture on her behalf. In conclusion, I wish to thank you for a pleasant stay Sabrina! Lilly is welcoming, warm, not invasive but not distant either. She adapts to the needs of guests and is always available! The accommodation is very clean, charming and in a good location. I had the most enjoyable,relaxing time at Andrea’s beautiful property,the only challenge was not wanting to leave,he is so kind and thoughtful,impeccable place,I felt like I was staying with a good friend,the apartment is magnificent,comfortable bed,beautiful bathroom,light blocking shutters for an amazing quiet dark sleep,on a magnificent property away from the noise and bustle of cities,surrounded by lush trees and beautiful fields..honestly one of my favorite stays anywhere..Thank you Andrea for your kindness and generosity,I hope to see you again when back in that beautiful part of the world.

We had such a nice time here! The apartment is beautiful and modern, the view is amazing and there is a great shared garden. We also had the pleasure of personally meeting Mirco, who is very kind. It’s a special home, where you will feel at home once you enter it. Matteo gives a lot of trust and freedom to his guests and I wish that he will always have guests knowing to appreciate this. He’s a friendly and calm guy. The flat is huge and clean, my guest room had all I needed, bathroom is tidy and everything works perfectly there (warm water as well as the curtain at the tub). Outside the house there’s a supermarket (open on Sundays, too) as well as bars and bakery. You can walk to the city center. Recommend it!
