Great place. It's a bit quiet inside the society campus, which I liked. The beach is within walking distance, and the house has all the necessary amenities. I think a few more basic cooking utensils would have been better.

Though we chose the single bedroom apartment for only a 1 night stay, the location and comfortable stay at the apt made out visit to Benaulim memorable. The ambience was top-notch. Very clean and neatly maintained with all necessary equipments/kitchenware. Walkable distance to beach and lot of great restaurants nearby. Definitely recommended for a small family or a couple.

We loved our stay at Kesh's place. it was neat and tidy. Definitely felt like home. ample space for parking vehicles. A small super market was right outside the apartment. The property is located at a very peaceful location. The extra garbage bags were also kept in the room for the use. the room was equipped with all the amenities. whatever mentioned on the Airbnb app were there in property. I will definitely recommend this place to all those who are planning to visit south Goa and want to experience a peaceful stay. Last but not the least, the host Keshua was very helpful, kind and always available to address our queries. Thank you Kesh for the wonderful stay ❤️

The best part of my experience was Tanuja Ma’am’s thoughtful care — she stayed in touch and ensured we were comfortable and safe all the way until we reached back home. It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The villa itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable time. We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

Staying at Red Rooster Village Homestay in Goa was a memorable experience. Melba (hosts mother) welcomed us with warm hospitality that made me feel like I was visiting a family member rather than checking into a homestay. Later we met karl and astrid, a lovely couple, incredibly gracious, offering great tips to explore the area :) Beach is only 5 mins drive with the scooter and the place is surrounded by nice little restaurants. If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just accommodation a place that feels like home Red Rooster is the perfect choice.

We had a wonderful stay at this 2BHK flat! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Both bedrooms were cozy, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, providing clear instructions for check-in and local tips. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transport nearby.

Hospitality by Lalita was top notch, personal touch like providing itinerary to enjoy nearby places so that we don't miss out on anything that helps alot. Also she makes you feel like you are at home, even the care taker of the place is sweet. Describing the place, it is as mentioned in the description, all the appliances work fine and everything works as good as it works in your house. It feels perfect if you don't want to call it lavish, but that's the charm of Airbnb where you get more privacy and peace than an hotel. And here you get ample amount of both, backing up by the peace of mind by Lalita's great hospitality. We did not faced any problems like, electric outage or anything so cannot comment on that. But overall you will enjoy your stay here, it is worth the penny spent.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights (family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teenage kids). Location: - The place is very close to Patnem beach and around 1km from Palolem beach. - Lots of small restaurants nearby (around 300m) with excellent food options - Very peaceful, quiet and green surrounding yet close to the highway Apartment: - The apartment is quite large with 2 Bedrooms and 2 toilets. - There's an open kitchen with RO water and microwave. - Everything was clean and spic and span. - The linen in both bedrooms was spotless. - Two geysers provide hotwater - Best part is the excellent cross-ventilation. I just loved the plan of the apartment. - The apartment staff is very friendly and helpful Host - Belanti was very friendly and responsive, and provided all recommendations for food, activities, conveyance etc To be aware: - Power does go off sometimes, and there's no UPS The hidden secret is - covered car park which is very very rare! Would love to stay there again!

The place was amazing! The location was great. Everything was very easily reachable. Payal was also accessible and extremely helpful. Gave some great recommendations. The pool was very private and nice.

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. Savio's place was a wonderful stay. They have a beautiful apartment, well designed and maintained. We felt comfortable and well provided for, compared to the many AirBnb's we've stayed in over the years. They were also very responsive to any questions or issues we had.
